Lo Schyzophyllum commune è un piccolo funghetto con cappello semicircolare o flabelliforme, di colore bianco, con superficie pelosa, privo di gambo e direttamente attaccato al substrato legnoso. La caratteristica importante è costituita dalle lamelle sdoppiate. E' una specie estremamente diffusa (il nome lo suggerisce !!) che cresce solitamente in gruppi di numerosissimi individui tappezzando qualsiasi substrato legnoso, nei boschi, nelle campagne e anche in città.
Si tratta di una specie non commestibile per la durezza della carne e per le ridotte dimensioni.
Furtwangen è conosciuta soprattutto come la patria degli orologi a cucù. D'obbligo quindi una visita al Museo dell'orologio (Deutsches Uhrenmuseum), che raccoglie 4000 pezzi tra cui numerosi cucù, di ogni epoca e dimensione .
Uno dei pezzi più pregiati: un grande orologio astronomico a pendola con planetario, costruito a fine '700, musicale, con personaggi in movimento, insomma un vero capolavoro.

Il piro piro piccolo
Quest’uccello si distingue per le dimensioni leggermente più contenute rispetto ai suoi simili: è lungo infatti circa 19 cm. Le parti superiori di dorso e ali sono color bruno-olivastro che contrastano con l bianco di addome e fianchi. Le ali sono barrate di bianco. In Italia è presente nelle regioni settentrionale, con prevalenza nel Veneto. È presente anche nelle aree costiere dell’Adriatico nelle regioni centrali. La sua dieta è a base di insetti e piccoli animali che riesce a trovare nell’acqua con il suo lungo becco. Caratteristiche sono le movenze quando si sposta nell’acqua, con un continuo ondeggiamento della coda in alto e in basso.

Captain's log, stardate 6102.1. While investigating a distress call from a star cluster in the Protari system our ship, the U.S.S. Constitution and its crew, were pulled into a mysterious tractor beam. All data shows that we've somehow been transported to another dimension.
Myself, Captain Jezebel Kraai along with Science Officer Cidni Starchild, Chief Engineer Harper Blackwood, and Lieutenant Moran have set foot on what appears to be a post apocalyptic world. The surface appears to be like our own Earth and so far we're reading no life forms.
Could this be Earth and could we have somehow traveled back in time? Is this the year 2231, just after the first nuclear strikes of World War III? I will update when we have more data. Kraai out.
I appreciate these wonderful ladies and fellow artist for helping me out on this one. It's been a long time coming as this shot was actually taken this past May.
I was sort of baffled about what I wanted to do with this capture then decided to do a fantasy composite with it. So this is my first try at this sort of thing. I hope you guys find it at least adequate. Thanks!♥

Tipico del genere Rosa, deriva dall'ingrossamento del ricettacolo, è carnoso e forma una coppa che contiene gli acheni, i veri frutti di colore giallo o marrone, frammisti a peli. La forma, il colore e le dimensioni dei cinorrodi delle diverse specie varia molto: possono essere verdi, arancioni, rossi e quasi neri o blu; possono avere forma allungata o sferica ed essere ricoperti o meno da sottili aculei.
Con i cinorrodi della Rosa canina, molto ricchi di vitamina C, si prepara una confettura ed in Slovenia viene prodotta una bibita analcolica, la Cockta.

Lobos - (Canis lupus)
Un lobo adulto puede tener una longitud de entre 100 y 120 centímetros, y una alzada a la cruz de entre 60 y 70 centímetros. El peso varía entre 30 y 50 kilos, aunque se han encontrado ejemplares de hasta 75 kg. Las hembras tienen unas dimensiones y peso inferiores a los de los machos.

Las Fallas de Valencia (Falles en valenciano) son unas fiestas que van del 14 (plantà infantil) al 19 (cremà) de marzo con una tradición arraigada en la ciudad española de Valencia. Oficialmente empiezan el último domingo de febrero con el acto de la crida (en valenciano; 'pregón o llamada', en español).
La fiesta de las Fallas de Valencia
Actualmente, esta festividad se ha convertido en un atractivo turístico muy importante, ya que además de estar catalogadas como fiesta de Interés Turístico Internacional, en noviembre de 2016 la Unesco las inscribió en su Lista Representativa del Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad. Estas fiestas también son llamadas fiestas josefinas o fiestas de San José, ya que se celebran en honor de san José, patrón de los carpinteros, que era un gremio muy extendido en la ciudad cuando empezaron a celebrarse a finales del siglo xix, y que conservó hasta la actualidad, dada la importancia de la industria del mueble en la región.
Una falla o monumento fallero es una obra artística, satírica y efímera generalmente de grandes dimensiones (entre tres y veinte metros de altura, aunque pueden ser mayores) con figuras llamadas ninots, las cuales rodean una o más figuras centrales (llamados remates) que se plantan en las calles durante la fiesta valenciana (España) de las Fallas. El monumento tiene generalmente un lema y está lleno de carteles con versos, frases y reclamos de carácter jocoso. El monumento se construye de materiales combustibles (cartón, madera, papel, telas, poliestireno expandido, etc.) para que, después de unos días de exposición en las calles, se pueda quemar completamente.
