Teilansicht eines "Universal-Mavometers". Das Akronym «Mavometer» steht für: Multi-Ampere-Volt-Meter. Das Mavometer war ein frühes Vielfachmessgerät, das höchsten Anforderungen genügte. Die Anschlussklemmen im Vordergrund dienten zum Anschluss von Hilfswiderständen zur Messbereichseinstellung (Hersteller: Gossen, Erlangen, Deutschland, vermutlich 1920er bis 1940 Jahre).

Partial view of a "Universal-Mavometer". The acronym "Mavometer" stands for: Multi-Ampere-Volt-Meter. The Mavometer was an early multi-purpose measuring instrument that met the highest requirements. The terminals in the foreground were used to connect auxiliary resistors for range adjustment (manufacturer: Gossen, Erlangen, Germany, probably 1920s to 1940s).

Not every day that I could fill the full frame of the A7r II with a bird. Got lucky this morning as the sun was coming up with this very friendly Red Breasted Merganser. I absolutely love the detail the 100-400MM can extract from a subject!
