It's rained all day here. We decided to go out for lunch.
The idea of (an all-day) vegetarian breakfast appealed to me.
It was delish:
halloumi
mushrooms x 2 sorts
baked beans
tomatoes
scrambled egg
hash brown (resembling a fish finger)
and green stuff
Ray kindly lent me his phone. Maybe I should get one.
The start of Advent.
Cheesecake, left after 1 1/2 days.
Graham cracker crust made to directions, nice and brown & crisp
2-8ozs. cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, 4 eggs 2 teas vanilla
Pour the cream cheese that has been beaten with the next 3 ingredients onto baked graham cracker crust.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes, until done.
Take out, pour over the topping, the sour cream ingredients.
Topping.
I pint sour cream, 4Tbs. sugar, 2 teas. vanilla
Bake 475, 5 minutes.

I love Raisin Bread, especially with a cuppa. Sadly there are not as many raisins in the loaf these days!

A wonderful pasta dish from one of my favourite Italian restaurant. The pasta is made in-house; it is rotolo, with spinach mascarpone filling, topped with a dollop of pesto with pine nuts, walnuts and a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. It was wonderful!
