US-27 Twin Drive In: I remember this drive-in being opened during the Covid pandemic where folks could stay in their cars. Kentucky travel restrictions and gatherings of fewer than 10 people ended in May of 2020.
The drive-in shuttered its gates in 2021. Gone. Dark. Ceased to be.
Have you seen the new trailer for Deadpool 2? Looks awesome! I especially liked the Toy Story gag and of course had to recreate it in LEGO!
Deadpool is one of my favorite movies of all time! Love Ryan Reynolds!
Flickr friend Marianne had a challenge for me to create a costume for Bailey Puggins from Deadpool. I made this one from a thrift store child's t-shirt, drew on it with black and silver marker, an old purse strap and rolled up cardboard and electrical tape for the swords. I love that movie, especially the humor. Bailey really brought out her inner Diva to create the character. We had so much fun with this. Sorry I couldn't find a unicorn. ;) lol
So without further ado, I give you Deadpool's sidekick, 'Pugpool'

Inspired by her appearance in Deadpool 2. I wasn't able to give her a white spot on her face because I don't like painting on mini figure heads.
So I definitely felt that Pennywise needed an update, especially with Chapter 2 out now, I might make other characters from that movie too, basically I just fixed his hair, so now it's not that big, but his forehead still is, also he has a party balloon but red.
So another Deadpool 2 fig cause why not.
So design wise this was an easy fig, getting reference was another story so the back is probably inaccurate but I don’t care I like it.
Other than reference it was fairly easy. Yellow paint is a dick so that war bothersome but the yeh easy fig.
Hair is a sanded and modified sleepy hairpiece. Face is painted and I don’t hate the likeness I got to the actress.
Torso was curved with a dremel and the x men symbol is 3D. Everything else was painted and the shoe detailing is also inaccurate.
That’s it. Easy fig but I still like it.
So I remember a few years afo I made sone minifigures based off the Deadpool Movie, now I made one based off Deadpool 2, Yukio. This was one of those characters with not a lot of reference pictures to go by, and also some difficulty trying to figure out colors, I ended up using fan art as a reference, so I'm hoping I wasn't too far off with it. I think the hair design is ok, but maybe if a more accurate hair existed that I could use it for her. I'm hoping to make certain other characters based off Deadpool 2 soon.

Here's my rendition of the infamous "Merc with a Mouth". In honor of Deadpool 2 hitting theatres this weekend, I'm releasing a piece I've just finished for the occasion! 💀💩L
It's also a perfect example of what I can achieve with photos from any locale. This one started out as a full body image taken in a crowded convention vendor hall! 😯
To schedule a shoot with me, feel free to contact me directly!
Oh my this trailer is so good. I can't wait for this movie, and the trailer is right! It's not coming soon enough!!! Go check out the trailer here: youtu.be/I4tFNfROlqk
After the Deadpool photo-shoot, one of the photographers gathered all the "Teenage Negasonic Warheads" (X-Man character on the right, there were five of them) with the sole "Yukio" (her girlfriend in the Deadpool 2 movie) for some group shots. After he was done, I came up with a few cute ideas for group photos and this was one of them. Since Deadpool isn't afraid to cross universes and fandoms to get his quips, this line from the first Batman movie made perfect sense as this photograph's title.
I do believe this TNW is the same one I got I photographed of last year with my friend Ryan.
Early days but this could be my favourite dp2 character. Rob Delaney as Peter W. Xforce beware!
'I just saw the ad and thought Id apply'
From the right:
Hipster Deadpool (I'm guessing because of his scarf he refused to take off);
a regular Deadpool;
Dadpool" (clever concept *laughs*);
"Peter" in the center (OMG!!! He *NAILED* this. He said it was his first time cosplaying, too);
Steampunk-ish Deadpool (I think this is the guy from Otakon 2016);
Deadpool with his personal "Pinky Pie" (MLP);
Lady Deadpool (blonde on the floor);
Lady Deadpool without her mask on (scarred up but still pretty); and
Yukio
