My wife and I purchased this Harley Quinn ornament at the Austin Warner Bros. store in 1999. Warner Bros. produced several great ornaments that year based on the original Bruce Timm Batman and Superman animated series, but I think this one is my favorite.
Entered into my Christmas Tree Ornament Database.

SPOILERS! SPOILERS! SPOILERS! SPOILERS! SPOILERS!
I mean it this game should be called "BATMOBILE Arkham Knight" for better or worse they use the Batmobile soo much!
don't get me wrong I LOVE the Batmobile that they have introduced it might even be my favorite Batmobile design ever but I think we have lost so much in this game for the batmobile for example there are 3 arkham knight fights in 2 of them you are in the batmobile which means no physical combat with the arkham knight at all!
the 3rd fight is kinda nice and the of course the REVEAL! which I'll get to later...
I think good things come in small forms but they simply over did the batmobile, in my opinion it should have been JUST pursuit mode and that's it, Deathstroke is in this game and he is a guy unlike penguin or harley that you can go toe to toe with but nope same supertank battle we had with the arkham knight himself.
Look I'll get to the good things soon I just have to get the things I don't like off my chest... the story is wonderful but the thing that was missing was BOSS FIGHTS! in arkham city and asylum the story makes the other villains that are not the main villain relevant to the story which forces you to go after them and take 'em down which causes mid boss battles, in this game you go only against Scarecrow with little cameos from the other villains, now yes there is a mission wheel where every villain has there own side mission but that what it is side missions and nothing more.
In Two faces side mission he orders his men to rob some banks and in the last bank two face is there helping his men but he is just a thug skin , and penguin what a wasted potential, in the story it is said that he is funding all those fancy shmancy arkham knight drones so I expected that at one point we will need to get him and take him down thus no more arkham knight drones but nope.
And the IDENTITY:......Jason todd?!
I believed the studio when they said that its a new character
but I realized who this is very early in the game in fact in the chopper battle at ACE chemicals where he says: "you haven't lost your touch old man"... because if you have watched batman under the red hood the line that Jason gives to Bruce was:" you haven't lost your touch Bruce" and then we had the flashbacks to Jokers "fun time" with Jason Todd so it was just obvious.
Wow I've written a lot are you still here?
anyway despite all the negative things I've written I love this game this is so far the best batman game experience.
I have pre orderd the game on steam and bought the season pass too so half year of content here I come :)
OHH and tell me what you think about the game and my review.
This is kinda fun I think I'll do more of these reviews.
Nygma chewed on the cap of his bright purple pen, clicking through multiple documents on a laptop. He pulled the pen away from his mouth and tossed it aside, sighing and pushing his head into his hands. He let out a groan, readjusting his glasses and turning around in his chair and looking to the other man in the room.
Polaris was laying on the couch, very near falling asleep until the pen Nygma was chewing on bounced off of his forehead. The doctor jerked upwards, his eyes darting around the apartment as he lifted himself up. He ran a hand through his hair and huffed, “What? Can’t you see I’m busy?”
“Oh, you’re busy, Plugs? I’ve been searching through all of these documents and nothing is coming up.”
“I- Alright? Aren’t you some sorta ‘super genius’ or something?”
Nygma groans and puts his head in his hands again, taking off his glasses and resting them on the desk. He gestures over to the laptop and looked to Polaris, “You’re connected to the black market in Coast City, right? You know any thieves there?”
“A shit ton. Why ask?”
“Because every thief I’ve found on this database is either dead or stopped being a thief. Getaway Genius, Catwoman, Spitfire, the goddamn Kite Man...hell, even Andre Le Blanc is missing.“
Polaris crossed his arms and gave the Riddler a shrug, leaning back against the couch, “I don’t know..the people you’d want to look for in Coast City are probably dead too...I mean- Who’s not dead, then?”
“Of the people who I think could be helpful? Margaret Sorrow-Wist, Magpie. Though she’s married now, to that moron with the magnetism powers..”
“Hey.”
“Oh, I’m sorry. The OTHER moron with magnetism powers.
The pen Nygma had thrown suddenly whizzed past his head, shot by Polaris with his finger. The doctor’s brows furrowed as he looked over the bespectacled man.
Nygma held up his hands in defeat, shaking his head, “Alright, I get it. My point is, she’s married.”
“And? The last I checked, Magpie’s still obsessed with shiny objects. I know for a fact that you’re a rather convincing person, Nygma. I promise you that you’d be able to convince her.” Polaris took in a deep breath and laid back down on the couch, laying an arm over his eyes and forehead, “Don’t we have Captain Cold, anyway...” He muttered.
“Yes, but Luthor requested another thief. One who’s..less aggressive compared to Snart. Less loud.”
“So we’re going with Magpie?”
Nygma scrolled through the files again and landed on Sorrow’s file, looking it over, “Seems like it.”
I just wanted to play with it. I know it doesn't look anything like the Arkham Knight bat mobile but i gave it a shot.

I ended up getting out of the hospital at 12:04, in no time I was back in my usual room, relaxing, I decided to get meet up with some friends, and see what I missed in the week, while walking out I opened the door a bit too fast, and it slammed against the wall, and a pencil fell off my desk, but I could see it in slow motion, and I could reach out, and touch it, I grabbed it, and suddenly it stopped.
“What the…hell?” I said lightly, thinking it must not have been anything other than a side effect of getting doused in chemicals. I head down to see my friend Harry, who had gotten some take-out food, from a local burger chain.
“Yo, Jay I heard you got out, are you okay” he blurts out, as I walk over.
“Yeah I’m fine, anyways, thanks for pulling me out of there man, I don’t really remember it, but thanks anyways” I tell him, he begins to smile, but then drops his food, as it goes flying all over the place, I see it again, in slow motion, dropping very slowly, what the hell, I look around me, I’m moving normally, but everyone else is moving slowly, they don’t notice that time slowed down, or, is it me, has my brain somehow been enhanced by the chemicals, with plenty of time to spare I scoop up all the food and put it back in Harry’s hands.
“Whoa, you, that was fast!” he says happy that he got the food back.
“Yep I guess that was, pretty fast” I say trying to shake off what just happened.
“You know, that might have been a bit too fast, are you sure that bolt, or the chemicals didn’t affect you at all?” he asks, seemingly concerned for how I am.
“Uh, yeah I’m fine” I try to say, not drawing any attention to myself.
“Maybe we should go see Professor Clariss, maybe he can run some tests on you” Harry suggests.
“Alrighty then, I guess it won’t hurt me in the long run” we begin to walk to Clariss’ room.
“Hey Professor Clariss, can I speak to you in private for a moment” Harry yells out to him, he told me that he’ll tell him, to spare me having to explain. In a couple minutes they come out from the corner.
“Alright Henry, I’ll have you hooked up and ready to go in no time” he says to me, in a reassuring, calm voice. Within twenty minutes we’ve arrived at the school track.
“Alright Henry, I’ll need you to put this on, this suit will stay on if you hit high speeds, unlike most clothing, and what’s that in your hand?”
“Oh this, it’s a family relic, a Brodie helmet, my grandfather wore this and died wearing it, I figured that if I now have some amazing gift, maybe I should honor him by wearing it now” I feel reassured, feeling like he’s hear with me. Eventually they hook me up to a computer, and I’m ready to go.
“Alright Henry, RUN!” Clariss yells out, and I begin to run, around the track, I begin to loop it, several times, I’m sure I’m going fast because when I get back to where I started, Clariss and Harry are looking at me in awe.
“Holy crap, you just ran faster than the fastest man alive!” Harry yells out, completely excited by this.
“Well, I guess this makes me, the fastest man alive now” I look out to the sky, its bright its blue, it makes me think of my future now, I’m already a good student, now I also have the ability to run fast, but I’ll need a separate identity.
“So, can anyone here add lightning bolts to this hat?”
Basically an updated Deathstroke. I made one back in 2014 and it was one of my first painted customs. You can check the beginning of my Flickr page to see the original.
Lex was standing in front of Merlyn Global Group, an actual pristine-looking building with people dressed up. A nice change of pace from the warehouses and ratty apartments that he had been in and out of.
He told Mercy to take the limo around the back as he enters the building. The receptionist looked up from the computer for a moment and noticed Luthor. She stood up for a moment, a bit confused, and looked down at her appointments.
“Uh...h-hello Mr. Luthor. I don’t believe you have an appointment...”
Lex smiled and shook his head, “No, no I believe I do. I’m here to see Malcolm in his...private study” Lex leaned on the desk, looking down at the receptionist, “You mind buzzing him?”
The receptionist grew meek and pressed a button on a gold speaker on the desk. After the buzz sounded, the speaker came on and there was he immediate sound of an arrow whizzing from the other side.
“What is it.” Another arrow was shot, the noise of the bow’s string snapping in place.
“M-Mr. Lex Luthor is here to see you, sir.”
There was a moment of silence, then the clatter of an arrow against another before one was shot, “Send him in then.”
Lex smiled at the receptionist and adjusted his suit, heading to the door that the receptionist pointed to; That door just so happened to say “Janitor’s Closet.” When he opened it, he discovered an elevator rather than janitor’s supplies. He stepped inside and closed the door behind him, pressing the down button. Normal elevator doors then closed in front of the wooden door, and the elevator began to descend.
The red display above the doors showed multiple floors being passed. He didn’t pay much mind to that, as he knew what Merlyn used most of Global Group for anyways.
When he reached the bottom floor, the doors slid open to an expansive room. Multiple targets were lined up across the back wall, and standing near the elevator was Malcolm Merlyn. He pulled back on the bow he was holding before looking back at Lex, “Hello Luthor.”
He let the arrow go, which landed in the center of one of the targets across the room. Lex walked inside and smiled, looking across the room, “You made a bullseye, Malcolm. Glad to see your skills are still top notch.”
“Was there ever any doubt.” Malcolm released another arrow, which landed in the same target. After a few moments and some beeping, the arrow blew up, destroying the target.
Lex chuckled a bit and shook his head, “No, I guess there wasn’t. So, Malcolm. Old friend, I gotta talk to you abou-“
“About your group of wannabes.” Another arrow whizzed across the room.
“Wannabes? Oh come on, Malcolm. These people aren’t wannabes. The Riddl-“
“The Riddler’s been out of the game for about a year. Doctor Sivana’s been locked up for a long damn time...” Another arrow, “Captain Cold used to be one of the most powerful criminals in Central City, but his group completely abandoned him...” Another arrow, followed by an explosion, “Doctor Polaris has been locked away inside another personality for God knows how long...” Another arrow, “Winslow Schott is an old man trapped in a child’s body, and don’t even get me started on you.” Malcom turned to face Luthor and let another arrow fly, hitting yet another target.
Lex chuckled again, shaking his head, “Yes, they may have been out of the game for a while, but they bring very valuable things to the table. And I think that you could do the same, Malcolm.”
Malcom slung another arrow into his bow, raising it upwards and sighing, “Christ..alright, lay it on me. What’s the plan this time.” He let the arrow go, putting his bow across his shoulder.
Looks like Batman has found who he was looking for, but it was a trap all along! Deadshot's target was The Caped Crusader all along! Who will come out on top? The World's Greatest Detective, or The World's Greatest Assassin?
Can we just talk about how back printing is almost never seen in lego photo's? I really like Christo's Dark Knight and I really like showcasing minifigs. I'm all for that back printing stuff.
Also trying something new with this set, a four part set, rather than the typical three part. I felt that I couldn't say all that I wanted in just three, so I'm hoping for the best... four part sets may just be a new thing I'm trying out, they may be a permanent shindig, who knows *shrug*
Anyway, I've got one last shot coming your way tomorrow night :)

Vigilante trains his sniper scope on Cyborg.
It was a bit tough, but I enjoyed the challenge of posing him and keeping him properly perched in the branches.
The shot was inspired by Vigilante # 3, I also took a shot of Cyborg ducking for cover.

I had previously posted two other very good photos of Jennifer as "Laira" (a former Green Lantern who became a short-lived Red Lantern). I opted to re-visit that photo set and found this really nice portrait shot of Jennifer.
The "frequency separation" technique for skin adjustments came in very handy in correcting worn off make-up. I tried to minimize her lace-front wig but I just could not make it look realistic so I kept is as is.
