Here's some grinning Gothamites, Joker, Anarky, and GWS. I'm currently working on the Confidential Half-a-dozen, enjoy!
Here is another commission build.
Had a lot of fun building it even if it was not that easy making sure it looked like the Dark Knight Joker and not just any :S
Hope you'll like it ;)
Cheers!!!
This is the final image issue from this Joker tribute. Big thanks to everyone who took the time to comment, share and like.
"Good night. And always remember... That's life!"
I was inspired by the "Joker" (2019) movie so I decided to make a three-part tribute to the character, Arthur Fleck, AKA The Joker, played by Joaquin Phoenix. This is the first out of three images I'll be sharing with you all.
Always keep your eyes open, and your camera ready, because you never know who you might run into at Comic Con! Almost as soon as I arrived I saw this trio of baddies from the Batman Rogues Gallery. The Riddler, the Scarecrow and Bane are all looking fantastic!

Thanks for looking, everybody!
Here he is, as promised! Man, I am so behind on comics, and I anticipate being way behind on comics for the rest of my life now. :(
Ever since I designed my second version Rebirth Deathstroke back last summer, Iāve been on the lookout for a generic, logo-less black torso that I wouldnāt have to throw shoulder armor on to cover up extraneous printing. Fortunately, that came along in the form of Rinzler from Tron: Legacy. What was unfortunate was picking up the $35 set just for Rinzler and then destroying that already beautiful minifigure to make another. But alas, such is Lego.
My tribute to Action Comics #1000 comes very late - the issue dropped on April 18th (my sisterās birthday actually) and Iāve been so busy with finishing my last year at college that I didnāt even have anything shot until this week. During my spring break, I originally planned to do a Francis Manapul-esque panel layout in the shape of Supermanās crest using carefully cropped shots of his allies, family, and enemies. But holy cow, I canāt do that in the amount of free time I have. So while this tribute is definitely a lot sloppier than my original vision, Iād like to think of it as more down to earth, just like the Man of Tomorrow aspires to be.
There are a few minifigures in here that are probably new to you all. Metallo and Eradicator are entirely new minifigures on my photostream but Iāve posted slightly different variants of Parasite, Steel, Kenan Kong, and Hank Henshaw before. Knowingly, I did not include Lana Lang, Perry White, Jimmy Olsen, or Cat Grant. But since Brian Michael Bendis has announced that heās going to focus more on Clarkās reporting role at the Daily Planet, I might make and shoot them in the future if a good issue inspires me to. Accidentally, I forgot to include Power Girl (doh!). But sheās technically not back in continuity yet, so Iāll give myself a pass.
I think itās crazy that the most famous superhero in the world has reached 1000 issues in a single run. The ideal of Superman is truly timeless, a model of courage, compassion, citizenship, leadership, and humility. While Iām still rather baffled as to why DC decided to give him the trunks back (EVERYTHING after Superman Reborn suggested otherwise, especially from a line-wide editorial perspective), Iām even more excited than the linchpin of the DC Universe is back to the status quo. May the rest of the universe fall back into place as well.
Iāll post separate shots of Metallo and Eradicator on my secondary photostream!
In the Batcave, Bruce is working on his new invention.
I opted for the stockier DC Universe Classics version of Batman Beyond here, figuring the Multiverse one is more the Terry version.
Finally got a chance to use this Cyborg Superman figure in a photo. It's not very articulate, but I like the look of it, and it's a good match for that Superman figure.
But that's no excuse to do nothing

Didn't love how my flash solo pic came out, and hesitated about doing this one, thus why this is a bit late, but I actually really like it.

Holy Twisted Treats Batman! That demented decorator, the Joker, has been spotted at the old abandoned Gotham Ice Cream factory. What calamitous confection has he cooked up for Batman and Robin this time? Tune in to find out: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ON4RYXvspIY&t=1s

So the other big birthday today is Mark Hamill, A.k.A. Luke Skywalker, A.k.A. Fire Lord Ozai on Avatar, A.k.A. The Joker. While I think most actors who've played him so far have done really well, Ledger and Nickleson in particular being fantastic, but Hamill will always be my favorite. Happy birthday Mark.
The other big news is I GOT A NEW CAMERA! Holy shit does this look amazing. I fucking love it. I'm so happy with how this and my superman photo came out.
Green Arrow and Black Canary's recent investigation has attracted some unwanted attention.
The leader in the black belt is an old Ricky Steamboat wrestling figure. The ninjas are from Rambo.
The intention is to post an entire set showing the full fight on Instagram, but somehow Flickr doesn't lend itself to that (it's the one area where I don't prefer Flickr over IG).
Left to Right: Shining Knight, Atom Smasher, Captain Atom, Wildcat, Supergirl, Waverider, Aztek, Fire, The Question and B'wana Beast.
