This picture was taken at around 12th Street and Independence Ave in Washington, DC. The archway is apart of the US Department of Agriculture building.
A rework of this long exposure image of the imposing DC Tower. Topaz de-noise brought out much more detail in this image and some adjustments in Lightroom of the River Danube.
This is the sky line of Donau City a new development in Vienna with this impressive DC Tower some 250 metres to the top, 64 floors, 29 lifts and rooftop restaurant and bar with stunning views across Vienna.

The lift we went in is one of the fastest in Europe and is pre-programmed before you get in..... no buttons inside just a display with the floor numbers as you go whizzing upwards at 8 metres per second !! Got to be one of the best views in Vienna having a meal or drink looking out from the 57th/58th floor.

PCC 1588 Calvert St & Rock Creek Bridge in Washington, DC (Sept. 1961)

MARC P249 was DC-bound with former Burlington Northern E9A 67 providing the horsepower. The 67 was renumbered to the 91 a few years later when retired and replaced by a MK GP40WH-2 of the same number.
The 91 is currently used as a graffiti canvas in a business park in Bensenville, Illinois after being gutted by the IRM to provide parts to make Wisconsin and Southern's former Milwaukee Road E9B operable.
This once-quiet farmer's crossing has been removed and a massive business park now occupies the entire area.

Took this shot in downtown DC. Another handled panning shot of a DC Cab. Did this one in B and W. Used a grain effect in Lightroom.
I decided to put out another figbarf when I was feeling bored, and here they are from left to right.
Aquaman-Once again my love for the classics shines through, this Aquaman is based off the classic design or as some of you may say super friends, none the less I like how this one turned out.
Joker-This one is based off Alex Ross art, and Suicide Squad, I painted the green on a black hair piece so the color isn't that bright, the torso is a classic penguin toros.
Tony Zucco-When I was reading through Levi Nyuna's Nightwing series I saw this design for Zucco and thought it looked great, so I translated it into flesh pieces and I thought it was great.
Batman Year One-This classic Batman is a design i showed before but now I'm putting it in a showcase and think it looks better in this lighting.
Jason Todd's Second Suit-I ordered a classic Robin torso for my Tim Drake Robin since that looked more accurate, so I had this torso laying around and It looked more like the Under the Red Hood Robin so I put it on him and I love how it looks.
Firefly-A very simplistic design, i used the back of an old spaceman torso along with a firefly head with the white painted black, I then used the spaceman batman's wings, personally I think this is one of my simplest and favorite designs for a Batman villain.
Botanical Garden
The United States Botanic Garden is almost as old as the city of Washington and has been situated on Capitol Hill for most of its existence. Congress established the first botanic garden in 1820 on a plot of land extending from First to Third Streets between Pennsylvania and Maryland Avenues. The modern-day Botanic Garden has been located at its present site on the US Capitol Grounds since 1933.
Equal parts scientific facility and aesthetic experience, the US Botanic Garden is a living plant museum consisting of the Conservatory, Bartholdi Park and a new National Garden scheduled to open in 2005. Supporting the whole complex is a production facility located in Anacostia.
Exhibits at the US Botanic Garden focus on the role plants play in supporting the earth's ecosystems and enhancing human life. The Conservatory, which has recently undergone an extensive renovation, contains permanent collections of plants from subtropical, tropical and arid regions as well as special exhibits of orchids, medicinal, economic, endangered and primitive plants. In addition, thematic garden displays are featured on the Conservatory terraces from mid-May to mid-October.
I love to take pictures in Washington DC because theres so much to see: flowers, people, buildings, monuments, bridges, dogs, etc.
