Dapper Dans performing on media/Sorcerers preview night of D23 Expo 2015.

This odd little mushroom container was handcrafted from sterling silver and pearls.

It is a mushroom with an other worldly look to it, the cap of the mushroom contains 5 bezel set pearls that give it a look of flying saucer. I really like it, it makes me smile when I look at it.

The surface has been dapped, hammered and then oxidized giving it an organic feel.

The stem can be removed from the top and used for storing small items such as pills.

The approximated measurements are:

29.4 mm height (1.15 inch)

22.6 mm width (0.89 inch) cap

12.8 mm width (0.5 inch) stem

The pearls each measure 4mm round.

Saturday afternoon and the well dressed dudes are out in the sunshine, so are the cycle cops... ...nice legs...

of a Crane fly. It previously seemed to be dapping (laying eggs on the water surface), and seemed to be having a rest. Shortly afterwards it was mating (next photo)

Dapper Day Fall Soirée 2015 Paris

These staff cadets were acting silly just before the Staff Cadet formal dinner and dance the last week of camp.

This photo is special to me as I know all three of these cadets were devoted to doing their assigned jobs this summer to the best of their ability, but despite lots of hard work and some very long days they never lost their sense of the ridiculous or took themselves too seriously.
