It is an odd winter. The piles of snow we had ten days ago have disappeared under above zero temperatures and rain. This trend is uncommon in January in Ontario! The snow you see in this photo is now all gone!
in summer. Running water and the green of the overhanging trees to soothe the soul. One from my iPhone this morning, taken from a little footbridge over the stream. I hope you like what you see and can imagine how lovely it was for both Marnie and me. She was very happy too, probably because I was relaxed 😄 !

I feel a bit nostalgic when looking at this very old photo taken many years ago. This pasture is right down the street from where I live and often it would provide a beautiful scene. Now it's a hemp farm. Sometime I'll have to take a picture so you can see what it looks like now.
Like I always say, nothing ever stays the same
This was a grain storage facility for Budweiser back in the day. I caught it just as a storm was moving in, and loved the silhouette. I also really liked the reflection of sunlight in the windows.
Taken on warmer days. I ventured on an aborted walk today. The temperature was -21 C, and the wind slapped my cheeks with frozen drizzles forcing a U-turn to the comfort of my study. The camera nearly got glued/welded to my palm. Keep warm, my friends.😉
