Mr Blue Dasher --Illinois Beach State Park
Blue Dashers are a rather small dragonfly, and they are one of the most common in the area. I still enjoy photographing them though. They have some really cool eyes.
This particular dragon was missing part of one wing, and had a dent in his face, but he kept on hunting!
It was an excellent morning for Volkswagens at the drive-in!
