A silver mermaid almost as tall as Coney Island's Cyclone roller coaster... Most impressive; I hadn't realized mermaids could be so tall! Kind of a mermaid-giraffe...

You can tell she just walked out of the sea, cause she has green algae on her wrist and hanging down over her shoulder! Definitely the tallest mermaid at this year's Mermaid Parade in Coney Island. And you KNOW she's a New York mermaid: she's wearing black!
