I was humbled today. I received 10 dozen Roses! each and every rose is beautiful. the story: over a week ago i went to a local grocery store and purchased 2 dozen Roses. One of those dozen was called Mirage and had a brand name. While I thought that interesting I didn't think much more of it ,but still I put the company tag aside. Yesterday, after numerous conversations throughout the week with my husband about how well those roses were withstanding the test of time in a vase, I emailed the went out to the companies' website and sent them an e-mail telling them that I loved their roses and would be certain to go to the same grocery store to buy their roses in the future. Well, LOW AND BEHOLD! Today I received TEN DOZEN ROSES! I am humbled. I did not expect it at all!
Moral, if there is a company whose product you love, let them know! They like to hear that. A Lot

Nothing new here!
I went for dinner at Pizza Shuttle in Milwaukee, and Jim is the guy who greeted me. Great idea having a fun guy, all dressed up, and there to connect with folks like me.

Monday, December 1st - Been trying to get a hold of overnightprints.com to check on an order Heuer placed for the last 1/2 hour. Called two times so far, each time I am placed on hold and sit for 10 minutes. Once I pass the 10 minute marker...the system hangs up on me!!!
We are now a few seconds away to see if it does it again and...nope...by the time I am done typing this it is still playing hold music, so at least I don't have to dial in again, but WTF overnightprints?
best way to keep a customer is to ensure they have a path to communicate with you - or at least an update to your system that tells me how long the wait will be. This is shitty service.
The maintenance staff at Disney theme parks paint/repair park fixtures nightly to eliminate signs of wear for guests due to arrive the next day. This eyesore at a Choice hotel remained throughout my five-night stay in March.
