For this bowling center, I-5 Design and Manufacture created a bar and lounge rendering that was designed using state-of-the-art 3D software. The over all theme for this venue is modern, while still providing customers with a warm and inviting atmosphere. To add visual interest to this area, metal bead curtains were suspended from the ceiling and illuminated with LED down-lighting that incorporates color changing capabilities. This is the exterior signage for Oaklawn Racing & Gaming, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I-5 Design and Manufacture created this sign with elements that include a fully programmable LED light display and enormous internally illuminated channel letters which are over eight feet tall. The I-5 Design and Manufacture team worked together to create beautiful designs for all of the venues throughout the Comanche Nation Casino. This particular 3D design is of the Bingo room, which was previously painted with bright yellow and purple and lacked a unified décor theme. The new design was created as a 3D model and incorporated specialty mica chandeliers, custom designed carpet, stone veneer columns with a custom knee-brace structure and custom wall murals depicting wild horses with flowing manes which integrated elements of the Comanche “horse warrior” heritage and culture. This is the custom design of the Comanche Nation Casino exterior in Lawton Oklahoma. Some of the elements designed for the exterior façade include massive channel letters reading ‘Casino’, the ‘Comanche Nation Casino’ logo centered between the two masonry porte cochere columns, aluminum "lightning" wall panels with animated LED lighting and much more. Our design for the Pit area included a suspended ceiling structure with specialty inset metal panels that had an etched pattern and a high gloss deep purple finish. The custom panels were placed in a diamond pattern and up-lit using LED cove lighting. The custom Mica pendant lights suspended from the inset ceiling added depth as well as excitement, and the dramatic cliff columns produced a modern spin on classic Native American architecture. This is the exterior design for the Kahikili Polynesian Grill located in the West Indies. The entry sign was designed to have internally illuminated channel letters that read “Kahikili’s” and a smaller sign panel that reads “Polynesian Grill” with decorative tattoo design prints and bamboo trim. I-5 Design and Manufacture upgraded the overall look of this grill by adding design elements that tied in to the tropical and Polynesian style surroundings. Specialty finished materials were used in the design and fabrication of the décor and signage for the Comanche Nation Casino project. Elements like push through acrylic and iridescent inlays were used to tie the signage into the overall facility theme while delivering the maximum visual impact for each element. This is the finished photo of the façade upgrade of the Borsini-Burr Art Gallery on the California coast in Montara, CA; a destination gallery in the heart of the most beautiful coastal views in the country. By using a jewel-toned color palette as well as an arcing valance over the center of the entry, I-5 helped to create an exterior ambiance that reflects the coastal feel. This is the night view of the Dairy Queen location in Olympia, Washington. For dramatic night time visibility up and down lighting was used on the wall panels and red awnings as well as blue LED lighting housed in an “eyebrow” valance structure. I-5 Design and Manufacture changed the look of this building from old to new by adding vibrant colors of red, orange and blue for the aluminum composite wall panels, awnings, logo signage and custom LED lighting. This is one of the conceptual designs of the interior of the Comanche Nation Casino, located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. To mark the entrance of the Cashier, large dimensional letters reading ‘Cashier’ were up-lit from below and silhouetted onto a kaleidoscope mural band of colorful swirling patterns. On either side of the Cashier are two large architectural stone columns, adding a natural element and drawing the eye to the center. Click here to see more examples of casino design

This is the conceptual rendering that I-5 Design and Manufacture created for the entrance into the Bingo Room at the Comanche Nation Casino. Large stone veneer columns flank both sides of the doors and a tiered overhang with various specialty metal finishes is cantilevered from above, with wild horse silhouettes to add interest and tie into the rest of the new décor. The exterior sign structure for Oaklawn Racing & Gaming was pre-assembled at the I-5 Design & Manufacture shop in Lacy, WA. The enormous Oaklawn letters were 8 feet tall, internally illuminated channel letters, with bright white LED lighting, installed onto an arched background panel that housed a wall of fully programmable LED lights, this included color changing & video capabilities. This is the design for the pit area inside the Comanche Nation Casino. The custom design package included a three-tiered, cross-beam coffered structure which was suspended from the ceiling, custom wall murals and specialty two-toned amber mica chandeliers that cast an inviting glow on the entire venue. Custom designed decorative half wall structures were created to separate the pit from the rest of the casino while still keeping with the overall décor theme. Click here to view more Custom Design
