Custom specified and assembled for a customer, Summer 2009. He supplied the grips, cranks and chainguard. Vintage N.O.S. aluminum fenders from Hoopdriver, 3 speed Sturmey-Archer hub, with trigger shifter option, all on the IRO 'Phoenix' frameset.
Vintage Holdsworth (Grass?) Track.
Velo-Orange (VO) smooth aluminum fenders, VO rack, custom wheels with Harden hubs, DT 'Competition' spokes and Mavic rims, Vittoria 28-622 'Randonneur' tires, Tektro brakes (temporary until the vintage centre-pulls are sourced), Stronglight crank, Lyotard pedals, Brooks saddle.
Custom build by Hoopdriver Bicycles.
Nice and flush with the front of the case. This case can use the quick-release drive retention clips, but the case only came with screws. No big deal. How often do you take out optical drives and hard drives?
This is just a regular DVD burner. The customer had no use for a Blu-ray drive.
The metal panels on the front of the case can be removed for the installation of optical drives or card readers.
The wires on the front panel are for the power switch, hard drive activity light, USB ports, and audio jacks. The front panel detaches from the case more easily than I like. On a couple of occasions, a corner of the front panel detached when I was moving the case around.
