This Surly Steamroller required cable stops so we put them on! These permit a rear brake or gears to be installed. We sent the frame off to be powdercoated.
Velo-Orange "Hammered" aluminum fenders.
Tektro R556 caliper brakes.
Schwalbe 700 x 35 cream 'Delta Cruiser' tires are not supposed to fit in this frame with fenders.
And I don't recommend trying it!
But it DOES work.
This 2010 KHS 'Urban Soul' singlespeed was customized for its new owner with inverted swept-back bars, a rack, and EVO flat aluminum fenders, also available in blue, black and silver.
A nice bike for a very reasonable sum.

I decided to go with an Intel-based build for this customer. AMD just doesn't compete anymore when it comes to performance for the price. The goal of this build was a stable, reliable computer with good components and decent performance, but with a price tag that won't break the bank. Solidly middle-of-the-road. Not a stripped-down cheap piece of junk, but not a gaming machine either.
