Currywurst might be Berlin's (or, Germany's, but seems to be most popular in Berlin) answer to the Varsity's chili dog -- kind of gross if you think about it, but in a good way. Currywurst is a sausage topped with curry-flavored ketchup, topped with a pile of fries topped with mayo (which is how Europeans seem to like their fries). This came from a street vendor - I think there are more high-toned versions of currywurst than this one.
