We were taken on the mildly interesting tour of the USS Pueblo, a US spy ship that was captured off the coast of North Korea and then kept as a trophy in the late 1960's. While there were some interesting aspects, I felt antsy the whole time I was there wishing I were at something more interesting.
Except for the crypto room, which had all sorts of machines I would have liked to exmine, but we were quickly shuttled out of there.

the long-ago excavated site of a classic old block-sized warehouse building in surry hills - various trees, shrubs, vines and weeds are growing in there and the huge pit collects water after rains, becoming a gathering spot for birdlife...

CRYPTO 2014 is the 34rd International Cryptology Conference. It is held at the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) from August 17 to 21, 2014. The academic program covers all aspects of cryptology. Our Sr. Principal Scientist, Juan Garay, was the Program Co-Chair.
