And now we have a meter of snow and this scene is long buried ... it is the proverbial 'winter wonderland' in the woods adjoining our lake ... I must brave the cold and get some photos. In the meantime, I have posted a photo of our woods from many years ago in the first comment box that is a pretty accurate depiction of what it looks like in the forest right now. Bonus .... it includes one of my Uncle Will's poems. I daresay, the poem is much better than the photo.
