Described as 5.1% "Our delicious sour flavoured with raspberry and candyfloss, the brainchild of the brewing team and a bit of fun. Careful it is addictive". No sign of their excellent Rhubarb & Custard sour. I was a bit sceptical about this as I don't like candyfloss so I was offered a sample and swiftly ordered a half . It was indeed delicious and perfect on a very hot day.
As consumed at the Old Fire Station at Topsham. I love rhubarb and love it more served with custard. This is 5.1% and I was expecting a lot and was hoping it would deliver and it most certainly did. Lovely sour rhubarb but with lactose in it to counter the tartness but not overwhelming. Possibly vanilla as well. A revelation.
I wonder what all these symbols stand for: a pair of scales, a fish on a ring and a locked heart, a circled triangle that pushes a plant aside, and two crossed anchors with a wreath.

Not the Hammer and Sickle. But still the same general appearance. From a distance, it looks like a Russian ship always did.
