For many crop protection products, the time of application is crucial for their effectiveness. It is particularly helpful if they can be deployed on the field even before they are ready to take effect. This is the case with a BASF fungicide. It inhibits growth in young plants while protecting larger plants, which tolerate it easily, from fungal decay.
