Susan is a highly experienced professional with special expertise in corporate and crisis communications. For more than 25 years, she has advised clients of all types, including global business leaders, in the restaurant, retail, financial services, corrections, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, education and nonprofit segments. Her skills include strategic planning, media relations, internal communications, community relations, training and coaching, writing and editing, and serving as corporate spokesperson for clients. Account Services Associate

 

Becca assists multiple account teams in media relations, social media and strategic communications initiatives. She works with clients in a variety of industries including retail, food and beverage, automotive and health care. When she’s not cheering on the Crimson Tide in Bryant-Denny Stadium, Becca can be found in a concert arena listening to her favorite artists. B.S. Receptionist

 

Tammy will be the first to greet you in her position as DVL’s receptionist. She has more than 23 years of administration experience in the food and beverage, health care and mortgage industries. When not at DVL, you can find her expressing her love for music and singing or tending to her four horses, two German shepherds and two cats.

Production Manager

 

Betty is responsible for managing all aspects of production to ensure the agency achieves the highest levels of efficiency and value for its clients. She has more than 30 years of experience in print production and management, having worked with clients in the food and beverage, automotive and health care industries. When not at DVL, you can find her practicing her certification as a yoga instructor or riding on the back of her Harley, but not at the same time of course. B.S. Production Coordinator

 

Callahan Dylan develops and implements broadcast needs on and off set. She works with the agency’s broadcast clients, including those in the education, food & beverage, healthcare and automotive industries. When not working on a project, you may catch Callahan and her fiddle on stage at the CMA Awards. B.S. Mass Communications, focus in Broadcast Journalism, Middle Tennessee State University.
