Cuando dos seres mitológicos, como un enano y un ángel discuten y rivalizan por un pedazo de calle para pedir dinero... eso es una señal de que podríamos estar en crisis...
Pero... cuando además en ese mismo lugar un bar histórico ha quebrado y ha tenido que cerrar... esto es el acabose!!! ¿Qué va a ser de nosotros? ¿Qué va a suceder con esa frase tan malagueña: Qué malito estoy, llevadme a un bar...? Terrible, terrible...

A few months ago Garry posted his awesome Tau battlesuit team. I love the Tau and I really wanted to make one of my own. Garry sent me the ldd file, so I've recreated this guy using Garry's design with the colors I had that would work and with a few different pieces. It was a super fun build; it'll be sitting on my shelf for a long time. Thanks Garry!

A wise man once said that life, is about how you deal with crisis. Either you're in a crisis, just got out of one, or headed for one! May you find peace in the midst of your storm.
This gathering grew steadily from three shutter-hungry shooters to over a dozen. As usual when an unusual celestial happening occurs, numerous are those who believe this announces the end of the world. Many fall into a mode of crisis, but soon discover that all the hysteria was for nothing. Meanwhile, I reserved my place by placing my coffee thermos right under my tripod to allow myself to wander around a bit, and, even then, other photographers were sitting on top of my place-marker... so I told them that the coffee was $1000 / cup! I spoke to quite a few people there...mostly about their equipment or the Super Blood Moon, although a couple of very kind & talkative women tourists from Vancouver came to me for some pointers on where to visit while in Montreal. It's funny how people in Quebec (and mostly from Quebec) will do anything to avoid exchanging words with an unknown person. Then, there's the hoodies some wear to avoid even to be looked at. To each his/her own I guess...
Un petit groupe de trois photographes s'est tranquilement transformé en une douzaine en attendant la Super-Lune. Comme à toutes les 'choses' étranges de l'espace, il y a du monde qui croient que la fin du monde s'envient...question de folklore. J'ai donc réservé ma place avec mon thermos desous mon trépied, ce qui m'as permis de me dégourdir les jambes un peu. Et, encore-là, deux autres amateurs se sont placés drette au desus mon café...alors j'ai souligné que je demandais seulement $1000 la tasse! C'est comique comment les gens du Québec vont faire n'importe quoi pour éviter le contacte. J'ai quand-même jasé avec plusieurs, ainsi qu'une couple de femmes touristes de Vancouver qui me demandaient les 'spots' à visiter à Montréal.
Cette idée d'un homme d'affaires avec un noeud coulant du bourreau au lieu d'une cravate, symbolisant les problèmes économiques, est assez connu sur les différents photostock. J'ai eu ici, l'envie d'en faire ma propre vision, avec un coté sombre volontairement accentué, pour renforcer l'ambiance glauque de cette photo.

Because many rough sleepers don’t have regular access to information, many could even be unaware of the epidemic and authorities’ recommendations of how to protect yourself from becoming infected.
How do you self-isolate when you live on the street?
What is happening to help the homeless during this crisis? They are extraordinarily vulnerable at the best of times, but these times are the worst. Are they just being left to their own devices, placing themselves and everyone else at risk?
The problem is widespread and on the rise in the U.K., where some 320,000 people — about 1 in every 200 Brits — are homeless, and at least 84,000 households are living in temporary accommodation, according to December 2019 data.
On 27 March, the UK government told councils to house rough sleepers within the week.
The Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government said councils in England had been given £3.2m to help rough sleepers.
A huge and complex task, I wish them luck, but I fear it won't be enough.

Pip spends her days in blissful ignorance of everything Corona related. As usual, she works from home and social distancing comes natural to her, except for family. This is her Saturday routine. When I'm trying to read my newspaper, she'll jump onto my lap and curls up on whatever page I'm trying to read. Happy Caturday, Pip.
