On September 9, 2015, I was visiting Knossos. Being there already early in the morning, was not early to avoid the masses of tourists. I have edited, and or cropped the photos in such a way that I could offer the impression as if I was alone there.
Queen's Chamber
Important detail of this serial of photos: it was impossible to watch the famous Queen's Chamber: a long queue was waiting outside, in the burning sun. Impossible to wait in the shadow: more and more were joining this queue, and I wondered: what is the beauty of being in a Chamber with too many people, not any space to make any excellent photo?
I will return, once, on a better moment, not in the tourist season, and waiting already at the entrance of the Palace of Knossos, to be the first, and run to this impressive Queen's Chamber. To be in it, alone.
