Debrief by Pat Verotbunkul, CEO Siegwerk Vietnam.

Siegwerk is a leading paint making corporation of German origin. Siegwerk teams from Southeast Asia gathered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam in June 2014 where they assembled toys that were then donated to an orphanage.

In outdoor experiential games, each team had to compete in a series of games and challenges to earn team points toward the "purchase" of parts and accessories needed to assemble the toys within a limited amount of time. Teams assembled, decorated and painted. Once assembled and painted, Siegwerk handed over assembled and non-assembled toys to allow the kids to have fun and create their own toys. This teambuilding event furthered the team members' skills such as planning, communication, collaboration, resource allocation, and their creativity.

Working together each team becomes part of an even bigger team that makes a difference by providing basic supplies for children who really need them. Such unique learning-with fun events are organized by Top Team Vietnam.
