This was my first time meeting Edith and I liked her within about 0.2 seconds. She came to one of our small group shoots with a photographer friend of hers so I pretty much had to piggyback during their shoot. Edith is a keeper - very creative, fun, sweet, beautiful, and she makes all her own outfits - and I still don't know what this outfit she wore during the shoot was - but it was fun to shoot in. We did this shoot in very late evening on a cold day in January 2023 on top of a parking garage with rain moving in. I am so excited about shooting with her in the future!

Here's another one of the new designs from the "creative bails" series. The cotter pin features predominately in this one as the bail and a decorative dangle.

I knew this challenge was coming and the photo gods handed me a gift.... A rack of candy dresses in a kids store. Not nearly as creative as many but ?.

I bought this big selection of Wella Creative Shapers. These rollers are made for perming, because of the shape of the rods the resulting curls will look much more natural.

I posted an earlier version of this that I cropped into a square format. In developing this roll I had somehow scratched up several negatives (quite brutally on the left side of this one) and it was a labour of love to restore this image to something presentable...sometimes photoshop is my friend...
