Place plastic egg in center of smaller tuft of wool. Since it's shorter, I like to wrap it around the width of the egg.

Rolling, rolling, rolling. This slightly felts the wool so that it will look more like lines than blotches.

I recycled an old mans shirt into a tooth fairy pillow for my daughter. I have a free craft tutorial for this idea on my blog: ghttp://sharlzndollz.blogspot.com.au/2008/04/free-pattern-recycle-mans-shirt-to.html

I managed to recycle an enormous pile of favourite old tshirts into a great doona cover - which lets me continue to enjoy the T's for ever. Find a free craft tutorial to make this doona cover on my blog: sharlzndollz.blogspot.com.au/2008_04_01_archive.html

Start to wrap wisps loosely around egg. Add as many or a few as you want.

Pick a contrasting color to make "marbled veins" for you eggs. Hold fluffy wool in one hand and gently tug a wisp of wool off with the other.

Once you wrap all the way around, be sure to hold tight, the wool likes to slide all over and come undone. It's tricky!

Rub, Rub, Rub. I like to try some twisting action. I like to think the twist helps felt the inside with the hot glue ridges.

Celebrate your important milestones with these handmade felt cactus party favors with an incorporated box and free printable thank you cards! Adorable and easy to make with very basic skills! Part of the Fioriscono le Idee collection.

I made my own ratchet strap from a belt. The foam was a little warped so it didn't want to stay glued. The belt applied pressure to allow glue to dry, then I set it outside & let it dry over night.

Gluing foam together. i kept the glue to the inside so that when I carve the foam down, I don't have to cut through the hard glue. Once it is covered in felt, the foam won't come apart, so I didn't use much, just enough to tack.
