So, today I added a lot of new things to Frodo's house ( my RealPuki Tyni - I hope comming "soon" ).

New second floor, roof, shelf on 1st floor etc... I still need to make some more furtniture, a bath tube ( a japanese ofuro style ), the outside with trees and branches and a lil garden, tiny books, pillows, some light for the fireplace... etc... etc. I'm using very simple materials such as wood, carton-paper, natural fibers, branches, leds for the ligths, nothing sophysticated... ;)

I'm very excited making the house but really concerned cause I have no idea where he is! Every morning I check the package status and its the same since January 12th...

Ok, I'm being patient...

* sorry the pics are a bit dark cuz its night here! ;)

Beautiful crafts that you can find only in Colombia! like the Wayúu backpack, and so much more other colorful things

I was cleaning my craft room this weekend.

Sorry for the bad light, this is my garage and has no natural light:-(

Bigger size

BUT they’re all too flat. I have sticky squares but I think they’re too high. I love the look and am seriously thinking of modifying a set of Gloria dishes with these designs and some Mod Podge! If I did I’d do a mixed set. I love the floral design on the Tartan.

With cooler weather, I'm getting the urge to crochet again! Come by my blog to see what I'm working on:

The Crafts & Sewing department is located in the back in this store, but on the opposite side of the classic 90's layout most folks remember.

Big Ole Shelves!

I am a craft magazine addict so instead of trying to find a creative solution to organize ALL my years of issues, I keep only my favorites. The rest I cut up with an Exacto knife. I cut out the pages that I want to save for later and organize them by subject in binders full of page protectors. The sections of my binders are organized by jewelry, interior design, holidays, etc.

I made myself a lil' cigarette safe! My friend gave me a wooden book box and I spent all afternoon abusing it with gouache and watercolors.

Linda ideia!

Noivinhos fofos! E dá para adaptar(?) para outras ocasiões... Já imaginei uma bailarina, palhacinho...

My friend Jane and I did a craft fair. She made the lovely bunting, hearts and pansy brooches.

I got the stencils from a variety of places - stencilry, photobucket, clipart... the onesies are from Target. They seem TINY, so I hope they fit my friend's newborn!

I took this of my craft room where I scrapbook at. I have storage for all of my various crafts...sewing supplies, fabrics, beads, paints, yarn, stamps, paper, scrapbooking supplies etc.

Bits n pieces. Gems. Stick on bits. Paper. Glue. Masks - not (Covid 19) to paint - or just stay eerie & white?

Everythings unloaded. I just have a rocking chair and a hope chest up at the old house that will be home with me this week. Life has been REALLY hectic lately but change is good.

Ha! The model magic is wrapped around a piece of styrofoam I had in the stash, to make a cake with drizzle/drip. The dipped marshmallows (more model magic) look odd, and the cookies are stickers backed on craft paper. The black tray is part of the set of black dishes I repainted.

BUT the cake stand is gorgeous!! 😃 I need more, and see that there are a few to try and find! I’m obsessing over dolly sized cake stands!!!

These dried flower valentine hearts were crafted today at Wright-Locke Farm. I hung around and took photos of them as they were being created.

The Craft Room just needs a few pieces of trim to finish it up.

It's raining out. I am staying in an playing with my lensbaby systems on my camera.

I want to thank each and everyone who took the time to visit my little space here on Flickr. Have a super day!

I'm helping to teach in an English Language program at a local charity, and we do a craft project weekly. It helps our students (local women) practice their English skills while doing something creative. We've done quite a few mosaic projects using pictures and words cut from magazines.

This one is a greeting card that seems to represent my philosophy of life :) I think I'll start making more home-made greeting cards instead of spending $$$ on preprinted cards that get thrown out a few days after the event!
