I wish she'd stop doing that...Someone seems to be fond of someone who doesn't seem to be that interested...Or am I looking at this from the human rather than the bovine viewpoint....Cattle in fields above Hendy,West Wales,UK.
This is the cake I made for my Besty. She loves cows, beer, smoking and is always seen with her Blackberry in hand.

The Cows of Christ Church Meadows. Where CS Lewis, JRR Tolkien and Lewis Carroll use to walk in Oxford. Hand shot, with minimal editing I think black and white gives this a 1940s feel. and I like the feeling of an impending rain. One of my favorite places to take a "think-walk."
They're some kind of special edition, black on the left, & white on the right. Of course I had to buy them a cow.
Edited: I just reread this & in case I wasn't clear, the Danbo on the left is called Black, & the one on the right is called White. :-)
There are few highland cattle in Orkney. This cow had a young calf.

For Throwback Thursday. This picture was taken in the Azores (Portuguese islands in the Atlantic Ocean) when I was there in the early 1990s. There were lots of cows in the Azores when I was there.
Weirdo with an outboard motor
One of the earliest purpose-built artillery blockhouses in England, Cow Tower was built in 1398-9 to control a strategic point in Norwich's city defences.
Reckon this BMW can really MOOvit !! Seen in the car park here a few times now but do not know what came first - the paint job or the reg. number . Certainly not the most discreet motor to drive about in and one wonders about the exhaust and the Environment ?
Wonder if the driver is called " Pat " ?
