I was sitting in the office doing not a whole lot when I heard an air horn and decided it would be a great time for lunch (since it was past 1 pm anyway) so I stepped outside and looked down the street. I saw NS coal gons rolling west and gave chase. I wasn't expecting to see CP units leading a loaded coal train (NS 746) that had been at Mingo Junction the previous night.
Sun was shining on the cherry red Canadian beasts as they roll past the foot of the ruins of Coshocton Grain, but a half mile down the road the sun hadn't done me any favors, shining weakly through the clouds on the train but still bright on the distant ruined grain elevator. Of course.
This is probably the best description of Paris - cool young people, fast cars and treasured monuments. Of course, it would not be Paris without cigarette smoking.

I'm building a physical fitness facility for the US Navy at NSA Panama City. This facility trains combat divers for the Navy, the US Marines, the US Air Force and Coast Guard.
This obstacle course is a part of the project. It's not finished in these shots, there will be a 6" bed of cypress mulch chips placed down the course next week
I was in the Marines more decades ago than I want to admit. I could have run this course without much effort then but.....

I walked with my son's dog on Tilgate golf course this morning. On some days, like today, there are a lot of golfers about, but on other days there are very few – I've no idea why. During lockdown, naturally there were none at all, but I only saw three golfers the day before yesterday.
Soldiers on the Urban Operation course conduct tactical breaching to include the use of ballistic breaching with Remington 12-gauge shotguns, transition drills between rifle and pistol as well as modified firing positions, at the Infantry School Combat Training Center, 5th Canadian Division Support Base (5 CDSB) Gagetown, New Brunswick, on 15 April 2022.
