Flat sunny walk apart from the descent of the 10 locks at Foxton. Good beers for a halfway stop Doom Bar for me. Did it on a bank holiday something i dont like doing, i will go back on a quieter day.
LOURDES is not just all religious items.
The small quaint city is nestled in the beautiful southwestern mountains of France. The GAVE river runs through LOURDES.
There are several walking & biking trails that run through the countryside.
On the small winding streets, there are many beautiful building that were built in the 1800's in the old portion of the city.
ADDA would wake up around 6 am so that he could wander the lovely city and take photos!
The countryside in China is a beautiful and bizarre patchwork of farming plots, almost every bit of available land divided up. Since tractors are used by very, very few (I've never seen any), the plots are small and set at different elevations, carefully irrigated. The edges of the strangely shaped plots are usually heavily walked dirt paths, the likes of which we had to walk along in order to get to and from the place where we were staying. Of course, the plots in this part of the country are usually different shades of green.
Countryside / Land / Ilfocolor.
Not many ideas lately ... late winter is a bit of a problem regarding motivation ... well that's what you can see in the photos.
Technical: Last roll of overly expensive ilfocolor.
Beautiful countryside view from here. Sorry about the waves in the blue sky. That is cause by over compression of the file. Still have not figures the right percentage to compress.
