Challenge Day 5
Breakfast: 30g Special K with 125ml semi skimmed milk (not shown)
Lunch: M&S 'Eat Well' aromatic duck breast in red thai curry sauce with jasmine rice, pineapple, red pepper, pak choi and sugar snaps . Very filling (probably the biggest meal I've had all week). I had this for lunch because I was going straight from work to an aqua aerobics class and knew that two lots of ceral and a bit of fruit would not sustain me. It was delicious.
Snacks: An apple in the afternoon (and some grapes, not shown); Three Nairn mixed berries oat biscuits in the car after aqua aerobics; one cold baby potato while waiting for dinner to cook.
Dinner: M&S 'Count on Us' beef lasagne with 200g spinach.

Lunch and daytime snacks: 30g Special K with 125ml semi skimmed milk topped with 70g raspberries and blueberries.
Afternoon snack: four pineapple rings in juice
Dinner M&S COU Thai green curry (chicken) with fragrant jasmine rice.
Supper 200g grapes
