Mi escritorio con todas mis "pijadas". Evidentemente de normal no tiene todo encima y tanto el Macbook Air como el iPad están en otro sitio.
Espero que os guste. ¡Saludos!

A closeup shot of my LGA1151 socket, Intel Core i5-7600 desktop processor chip.
For this capture I used my PowerShot G7 Mark II and exploited its shallow DoF due to its larger 1" sensor size (compared to common P&S cameras and smartphones).
A closeup of the Intel Core i5-7600 "Kaby Lake" desktop processor, before I installed in into my motherboard.

Had the chance to take a few shots with a second iMac this week and this was my favourite.
The machine to the left is in my workshop to get some more RAM added to it, to get the Lion upgrade done and to give it a once over before it goes off to its new owner. It's a late 2009 21.5" 3.06GHz Core 2 Duo, currently with 4GB of RAM but soon to be 12GB. It's still a fantastic machine and one that will be running for years to come I'm sure - it sailed through all my tests and will be a huge improvement for my friend over her current machine, an eMac!
I had a bit of fun with the wallpapers - with all the comments recently surrounding Senior Editors leaving Joystiq to head to Vox Media to put together their "games" offering, and the very interesting tumblr post from Darren Murph (darrenmurph.tumblr.com/post/14852609402/chris-grant-is-le...) I thought it would be fun to do a side by side featuring wallpapers for Engadget and The Verge.
The message is simple kids, let's all be friends and get along :)
P.S. I wrote some thoughts about why the community on The Verge is so strong, you can read about that here - www.jonhume.co.uk/2011/12/28/how-can-online-communities-i...

This is a running testing setup (like www.flickr.com/photos/flickrsven/4821388277/), but equipped with 2x PCIe graphics cards, altogether with four video outputs (which are actually used here: www.flickr.com/photos/flickrsven/4817103420/). You can see two WD Caviar Blacks in the front, while the right one is mounted in a special vibration absorbation case. There are three displays connected in the background.
Oh - and there are funny other details, just hover the picture ;-)
