Small area is square off because of unattended luggage.
This was taken before they blocked off the whole block. I'm thinking it was just a drill considering the relaxed demeanor of the cops. there were tons of cops behind me and a couple cars up in front.
it's was pretty piss poorly handled. 1. if it was not a drill, all the people on the left of the picture, including me, should not of been able to get so close to the bag.
2. if it's a drill ditto. a point of a drill is to recreate real life situation. Ah well. maybe local cops are smart enough to know that the bag being some hostile object to be very slim. this happened right in front of local CBS affliate, but I can't find anything on their website.
There always a chance I'm completely misinterpreting the situation ^_^

This cop was rude. Traffic is moving at 85 and I was moving at 81. As a motorcycle rider, I dont have the luxury of just doing the speed limit. I have to move with traffic so I dont become a hazard for both myself and others.
