Cop was sitting, in a travel lane, doing nothing, with his lights off. Traffic was backed up behind him to at least Clifton Ave (this is MLK going up the hill to DAP.) What the fuck he was thinking, I don't know, but I know he noticed me taking his picture. He didn't move.
Goddamn cops cause more trouble by driving under the speed limit in traffic, and shit like this, than they prevent. I should have gotten his plate and called the dispatcher and reported his asshattery.
