Here is the Kids, Cops, Clean horse in Cobo. The Orange hands are for Kids, Blue hands are for Cops, and Green hands are for clean. This horse has been in Cobo since at least 2004. This is an initiative that the city developed a few years ago. The kids part had a program called "Mayor's Time", which developed after-school programs and activities for kids to go to from 3-6 PM. The Cops part helped people get in touch with the police precinct in their area. The Clean part was the Motor City Makeover, which was a project to rid the neighborhoods of litter.
