Mow Cop Castle is a folly at Mow Cop in the civil parish of Odd Rode, Cheshire, England. It is recorded in the National Heritage List for England as a designated Grade II listed building. The ridge, upon which the castle sits, forms the boundary between the counties of Cheshire and Staffordshire, the dioceses of Chester and Lichfield and the ecclesiastical provinces of Canterbury and York.

One of Dearborn's finest giving a roadside interview to a reclining citizen on Michigan Avenue. I was not able to stick around to witness the outcome, but what I did see appeared to be a fairly amicable exchange of pleasantries and good will toward each other. After all, it was Thanksgiving... :)
Dumbass cops I almost had a head-on crash with. I came around the corner on a right turn to be confronted by a couple bike cops, one with no front light, the other's light off, riding side-by-side - in the middle of the road - travelling the wrong way down a one-way street - and instead of passing me on my left, like people are supposed to do in a potential head-on collision, they both rode to my right.
The ONLY reason we did not collide was due to MY evasive action. They rode past looking as clueless as their bike skills - without so much as an "oops" or a "sorry"
*...and the city wants to ban camping on the boulevard to the left of the cops - they claim out of concern for the homeless, who may awaken groggy and wander into traffic. Sure.
The City of Victoria, concerned for the well-being of the homeless, that's funny.
Instead of pretending to care about the well-being of the homeless, they should worry more about dumb cops wandering out into traffic.
