So.........it's been some time since Dust Bunny has come out with a build..and I know for a fact I was not the only one who was more than excited to see the new Nina Coop!! Yes, it's a chicken coop....but once you see it, you might be wanting to kick the chickens out and move in yourself!! Tons of possibilities with this build..I've decided to showcase it as a cafe. Hence, "Coop Cafe" with a sort of Farmhouse Cafe vibe..with some chickens running about as entertainment, not to be eaten....Here is the info you need:

I did a Etihad (Manchester City F.C.tour) . Next door to the Ethad is the newly opened Co-op Aerena .As the UK’s only music-first arena, Co-op Live boasts the largest floor space of any indoor venue, a significantly lower ceiling, and tiered seating that brings fans closer to the artist.
Cutting edge visual technology, exceptional acoustics and innovative sound bowl design mean the best show possible whether standing or seated, in a space designed to welcome the biggest and most exciting global artists.
Old Missouri Chicken Coop. A note to photographers… it’s seems like everything in rural Missouri is just a little more weathered, a little more rustic, and a little more photogenic. They don’t seem to ruin original surfaces over there with new paint. :-)

I'd been watching and photographing this Cooper's Hawk (that was in a tree well off the trail) from a distance. I carefully moved closer down the trail not wanting to flush it. It never gave me as much as a glance from the moment I first saw it until I was even with it on the trail. Suddenly, it shot a glare towards me and I was feeling bad like I was going to make it fly. It was also at that point as I was photographing that glare that I realized the woman who had been walking her big dog farther down the trail decided to run behind me with her big dog. WTH?? >:( That was what got the Coop's attention. I decided it was time to leave after that and it remained on the branch. It was still there later when I was heading back from another trail to the car. :)
Early one morning, on the first day of summer, I saw this little guy standing in its nest. He was alone, the last of his family of six that included mom, dad and three siblings. Suddenly he flew out, awkwardly landing on our deck and began exploring his new world.
All cooped-up, no party to go this New Year's Eve.
Wishing you all, my dear Flickr friends, a safe Happy Healthy New Year!
Mourning Dove in Central Park, NY.
The mourning dove (Zenaida macroura) is a member of the dove family, Columbidae. The bird is also known as the rain dove, or colloquially as the turtle dove, and was known as the Carolina pigeon and Carolina turtledove. It is the most abundant and widespread of al North American birds. It is also a leading game bird, with more than 20 million birds (up to 70 million in some years) shot annually in the US. both for sport and meal. Its ability to sustain its population under such pressure is due to its prolific breeding; in warm areas, one pair may raise up to 6 broods of two young each in a single year. The wings make an unusual whistling sound upon take-off and landing, a form of sonation. The bird is a strong flier, capable of speeds up to 88 km/h (55 mph). It is the national bird of the British Virgin Islands.
Mourning doves are light grey and brown and generally muted in color. Males and females are similar in appearance. The species is generally monogamous, with two squabs (young) per brood. Both parents incubate and care for the young. Mourning doves eat almost exclusively seeds, but the young are fed crop milk by their parents.

Les amateurs de pommetiers comme les merles, roselins, étourneaux, jaseurs et autres passereaux attirent immanquablement les prédateurs ailés comme ce jeune épervier de Cooper.
I hope you guys don't get sick of my tiny teddy, he's been cooped up all winter & is looking forward to playing outside.
...& since he's so tiny he travels well....who knows where he'll turn up next ;)
Cooper's Hawk
Accipiter cooperii
A visitor to my back yard early this past fall. I think it sees me, I am lucky to have not spooked it.
So, Sharpie or Coop? The top blocks of the retaining wall it landed on are about three inches thick, putting the bird at roughly 12-14 inches head to tail. The tail appears to be rather squared off, plus the streaking looks more like Sharp-shinned rather than Cooper's. All things considered I'm calling it a Sharpie. What do you think?
CORRECTION: A couple sharp-eyed Flickr friends provided evidence that this hawk is a Cooper's, not a Sharp-shinned. See the comments below. I stand corrected.
