A rare encounter I likely will never see again! A stunning sight to see this beauty out in the open at dusk. He/she was looking out into the open fields, hopefully a big fat vole was had for dinner. :)
My first capture on the first day of spring! All though I was actively looking for these tiny owls, we still surprised each other.
A Fantastic four days and three nights in Algonquin Park! I've always wanted a shot of a Marten with snow on his face. A Gr8 trip and some lifers yet to put up.
LIFER!!!!!!!!! After a very long break from social media and photography really. We went out for the spring migration, for the last five years for me it's been about the Canada Warbler!!! This Handsome Guy did not make it easy flinting about in the brambles! I'm pretty pleased with this capture, leaf and branch free. Happy shooting :)

A most amazing encounter with a pair of mating Rat Snakes! I watched them in their delicate dance of intertwining love for over an hour before they retreated back into a swallow house they have taken up residence in.
While on our walk in the woods today, we ventured off trail as we could hear the squirrels and birds making quite the noise. All of a sudden out flies this guy with what I believe is a red squirrel in his talons!! I can't believe I was able to get a clean shot, but here it is. :)
