I should have taken a shot of the birthday things earlier in the evening... A late birthday cake for Courtney
From left to right -- Russ, Russ's brother (whose name I didn't catch), Russ's wife Elma, and Melissa. There must have been nearly fifteen adults at this s'mores cookout last night, with probably ten or fifteen children equipped with glo-sticks and playing in the dark. Grace played by herself on Elma's swingset for half the night.
What makes me sad is most of the folks at the cookout are only here for one year. Elma will only be here for six months, and she moves in November. It's such a shame because we're all such great friends now.
