Oven roasted asparagus, pork chops with mustard panko crumbs, fresh parsley, and cayenne (yum!), mashed potatoes.

 

This hit the spot - we were so hungry!

Pork was for dinner one night this past week.

Life has been so busy and pregnant with change lately - photographing food has been relegated to the trunk.

Vietnamese pork meatballs, lettuce (for wrapping), noodle salad, and mango-cucumber salsa

Italian sausage, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, and sundried tomatoes in it, with its own sauce

Thursday night dinner: red snapper with brown butter corn and herbs (from this week's NYT dining section)

I used Dizzy Pig "Red Eye Express" for this one.

...with brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes.

 

A rare Friday evening cooking venture!

Grilled chicken breasts on the bone, roasted potatoes and brussel sprouts with garlic.

  

Marinated in olive oil, parsley, garlic, and a splash of vinegar - then simply grilled to medium rare.
