1028 - End of the Canadian Rockies. This picture was taken on Lake Minnewanka, Banff, Canada in August, 2012. Lake Minnewanka is a glacial lake located in the Banff National Park. The lake is 28 km long. When you get to the end of the lake you see a basin which is known as the end of the Canadian Rockies. These mountains are followed by thousands of kilometers of Prairies.
