Brief
As a startup company, Verteka needed a website which could convey what they did and the benefits of using their products and services quickly and easily.
The website had to have a strong brand which could be continued through off-line marketing materials, which they tasked us with.
Solution
3wise achieved the product benefit message by creating a Flash animation on their home page showing the rapid implementation of their construction products against a calendar.
We implemented ContentWise V3.0 to allow Verteka staff to update their website whenever required.
As a second stage to the website we have created slideshow presentations.

Gemotiveerd door SilkyThrower, MaartenN en Batcompu in de discussie over het verschijnen van Joomla! 1.6, wacht ik niet af, maar ga ik nu de strijd aan met het door jullie zo geprezen cms. Volgens mij heb ik maar één probleem.
Mijn geschiedenis met Joomla! is kort. Ik heb mijn host gevraagd om mij op een linuxserver te zetten. Je kunt kiezen tussen linux en windows. Vervolgens heb ik 1.5.15 geupload. Dat ging niet vanzelf, maar met hulp van Garfield is het gelukt. Toen ben ik gaan experimenteren. Voor mijn gevoel ging dit goed, totdat ik JoomlaPack installeerde. Zoals gezegd, het is een gevoel. Ik ben nogal een rommelaar, dus misschien heb ik iets aan- of uitgevinkt waardoor mijn probleem is ontstaan.
Omschrijving van het probleem
Als ik iets wil uploaden, dan lukt dat niet. Tot vanmorgen kreeg ik de melding dat het archieftype niet herkend wordt. Als ik met JoomlaPack een backup wilde maken, kreeg ik een waarschuwing dat er iets was met zipbestanden.
Ik heb vandaag toch een backup gemaakt. Vervolgens heb ik geprobeerd Ultimate Social Bookmarking (als zipbestand op mijn bureaublad geplaatst) te installeren. De volgende melding verscheen:

Wachten op 1.6 en dan helemaal opnieuw beginnen, daar zie ik vanaf. De suggestie dat mijn ftp-wachtwoord niet zou klopt, is niet op mijn geval van toepassing. Dat heb ik geprobeerd.
Waarom dit cms?
Vorig jaar bedacht ik dat ik mee moet met open source en open standaarden. Ik heb drie contentmanagementsystemen bekeken. Joomla!, Hippo en WordPress. Wordpress zou voor mij (als stukjesschrijver) voldoen, ware het niet dat ik één grote wens heb. Nu web2.0 begint te landen, mogen we met z'n allen gaan nadenken over 3.0. Ook ik wil mijn steentje bijdragen, door mijn kennis te delen. Zodoende wil ik graag een communicatieplangenerator op mijn website. In het kort: kleine ondernemers, sportclubs, etc hebben geen geld voor een communicatieadviseur. Ik wil dat iedereen op mijn website een gratis communicatieplan kan maken, door het invullen van wat vragen. Dat is heel ambitieus, want ik weet niets van Joomla! Maar dat moet te leren zijn.
