Un percorso di visita inedito accompagna tra le scene del Teatro Olimpico, commissionato nel febbraio 1580 dall'Accademia Olimpica, congregazione d’importanti personalità vicentine nell’ambito delle lettere, scienze ed arti, di cui lo stesso Palladio era socio. Il progetto si ispirava al modello di teatro "all'antica", sulla scia della riscoperta rinascimentale degli studi di Vitruvio, e nel contempo fungeva da luogo autocelebrativo per l'aristocrazia vicentina, ispirandosi agli stessi ideali classici sostenuti dai componenti dell'Accademia. La costruzione iniziò nel maggio del 1580 ma Palladio non ne vide la realizzazione, a causa della sua morte improvvisa. precedented visit path accompanies the scenes of the Olympic Theater, commissioned in February 1580 by the Olympic Academy, a congregation of important personalities from Vicenza in the field of literature, science and arts, of which Palladio himself was a partner. The project was inspired by the model of "ancient" theater, in the wake of the Renaissance rediscovery of Vitruvius' studies, and at the same time served as a self-celebrating place for the Vicenza aristocracy, inspired by the same classical ideals supported by the members of the Academy. The construction began in May 1580 but Palladio did not see the construction due to his sudden death. The Olimpico, after various and complex events, was completed five years later and was solemnly inaugurated on March 3, 1585 with the memorable staging of the Oedipus Tyrant of Sophocles.

E' da parecchio tempo (anni) che desidero assistere ad una scena simile e, nel contempo, avere la possibilità' di riprenderla; ed ecco che, all'improvviso, la costanza è stata premiata.
Purtroppo lo scatto si è dimostrato non facilissimo per diversi motivi; 1) il posatoio non parallelo al PDR 2) l'estrema vicinanza dello stesso ( 3,45m) 3) non ultimo il sole ci ha messo lo zampino ed ha pensato bene di nascondersi poco prima dell'arrivo dei soggetti.
La difficolta' piu' grande la limitatissima profondità' di campo.
Ho deciso mi rimanere su una lunghezza focale di 200 mm e di usare un f 11 per avere circa 5cm di PDF sia front che back.
La poca luce ha limitato la MF in considerazione anche del fatto che l'arancione del martino spesso tende ad impastare.
La scena si è ripetuta 2/3 volte permettendomi di assistere ad un evento che mi ha entusiasmato.
Scatto effettuato preso l'Oasi di Cronovilla.

Is a long time (years) that I would like to see a similar scene, but at the same time have the opportunity ' to take it; Lo and behold, suddenly, perseverance was rewarded.
Unfortunately the shot has proven no brainer for several reasons; 1) the roost not parallel to the PDR 2) the proximity of the same (3, 45 m) 3) not least the Sun took a hand and has seen fit to hide just before the arrival of the subjects.
The difficulty very limited depth-of-field bigger.
I decided I stay on a focal length of 200 mm and to use a f 11 to have about 5 cm of PDF both front and back.
The little light has limited MF into consideration of the fact that the orange of martino often tends to knead.
The scene is repeated 2/3 times allowing me to attend an event that wowed me.

Bolivia. Nelle vicinanze di Uyuni c’è un cimitero dei treni. Il luogo, semidesertico e sferzato dal vento, è disseminato di carcasse arrugginite. Questo posto ricorda il passato, quando la ferrovia rivoluzionava gli spostamenti grazie alla forza del vapore. Al contempo però il posto ci suggerisce un futuro infausto: uno scenario post-apocalittico dove le macchine costruite dall’uomo giacciono ferme e inutilizzabili, senza senso.
Bolivia. Cerca de Uyuni hay un cementerio de trenes. El lugar, semidesiertico y azotado por el viento, es cosparso de cacharros oxidados. Este sitio nos recuerda el pasado, quando el ferrocarril revolucionaba los transportes gracias a la fuerza del vapor. Al mismo tiempo pero el lugar nos sugiere un infausto futuro: un escenario post-apocaliptico donde las maquinas construidas por el hombre estan inmoviles y inutilizables, sin sentido.
Bolivia. Near Uyuni there’s a train cemetery. It’s a semi-desert area lashed by the wind and there’s many rusted wrecks. That place remind us the past, when the transports have been revolutionized by railway thanks to the steam engine. But at the same time the location suggests a sad future: it seems like a post-apocalyptic scenery where the machines built by man lie statics and unusables, without any sense.
Il Wat Rong Khun (in tailandese: วัดร่องขุ่น), meglio noto in Italia come Tempio Bianco, è un edificio di recente realizzazione situato a 15 chilometri dalla città di Chiang Rai, in Thailandia. È un particolarissimo tempio al contempo buddista ed induista, progettato dal pittore visionario Chalermchai Kositpipat. La sua costruzione ebbe inizio nel 1997 ma, sul "modello" della Sagrada Familia, non è chiara la data in cui la sua costruzione dovrebbe concludersi; si parla tradizionalmente del 2070. È realizzato completamente in gesso bianco e specchietti (che, riflettendo il sole, creano i giochi di luce tanto cari all'artista), elemento in parte criticato dalle popolazioni indigene in quanto "contro la tradizione" locale, che prevede uno stile architettonico basato su colorazioni vivide e sgargianti.

La Foire Internationale d’Art Contemporain ou FIAC se déroule chaque année au mois d’octobre à Paris. Pendant plusieurs jours, cette manifestation commerciale et artistique devient le lieu de rencontre entre galeristes, collectionneurs et autres personnalités du monde de l’art contemporain international. Die Foire internationale d’art contemporain (FIAC; deutsch: „Internationale Messe zeitgenössischer Kunst“) ist die wichtigste französische Kunstmesse, die jährlich während einer Woche im Herbst in Paris stattfindet. Die FIAC ist eine private Veranstaltung, wird also nicht vom französischen Kulturministerium abgehalten.
Konzipiert nach dem Model der Basler Kunstmesse fand die erste FIAC 1974 unter dem Namen Salon international d'art contemporain im ehemaligen gare de la Bastille (Bahnhof der Bastille) in Paris statt. Später wurde sie in Foire internationale d'art contemporain umbenannt und nacheinander im Grand Palais und viele Jahre lang an der Porte de Versailles abgehalten, ehe sie im Oktober 2006 wieder in den Grand Palais als Veranstaltungsort zurückfand.

Questa foto inquadra il gruppo dei crateri sommitali ad Est del Cratere Centrale che ingloba i crateri "Bocca Nuova" e "Voragine". Rispetto all'altra foto flic.kr/p/ZkGaK3 , qui ho sfruttato la massima potenza ottica dello zoom Sigma con i suoi 300mm.
Da sinistra il SEC (cratere di Sud-Est) nato nel 1971, l'ultimo cono formatosi nel corso del 2017 denominato "Cono ex sella"/SEC3 e il NSEC (Nuovo Cratere di Sud-Est) nato nel 2007 sulla bocca precedente chiamata "Pit Crater".
La nascita e crescita tipicamente stromboliana-parossistica di questi crateri hanno conferito loro una forma di cono con fianchi molto ripidi, ma nel contempo anche una struttura interna a volte fragile.
Infatti è possibile notare il cedimento superficiale del SEC e il crollo della parete sommitale del SEC3, come documentato qui flic.kr/p/VQwoKu e dalle fratture creatisi lungo la stessa parete prima e dopo il crollo sono nate altre bocche effusive. documentate qui flic.kr/p/W2BMCR , flic.kr/p/W4sTJe , flic.kr/p/Vv8ZEs
Particolarissimo il contrasto dei colori presenti nella foto: il rosso-ruggine tipico dei crateri etnei, il giallo dovuto alla solidificazione dei gas ricchi di zolfo effusi dai crateri e il grigio della lava e cenere vulcanica.

This photo refers to the group of summit craters to the East of the Central Crater that incorporates the "New Mouth" and "Voragine" craters. Compared to the other photo flic.kr/p/ZkGaK3, here I have exploited the maximum optical zoom power of Sigma with its 300mm.
From the left, the SEC (South East Crater) born in 1971, the last cone formed during 2017 called "Cono ex sella" / SEC3 and the NSEC (New South East Crater) born in 2007 on the previous call "Pit Crater".
The typically strombolian-paroxysmic birth and growth of these craters gave them a form of cone with very steep sides, but at the same time a weak, sometimes weak structure.

Il Castello Ceconi è situato nella foresta Ceconi. Fu l'ultima costruzione realizzata da Giacomo Ceconi, famoso per essere stato uno dei più importanti costruttori di ferrovie e strade nell'Impero Austro-Ungarico. Giacomo Ceconi (1833-1910), di umili origini diventato grande costruttore di ferrovie e creato nobile dall'Imperatore Francesco Giuseppe I e conte da re Umberto I, ampliò enormemente la casa natale negli 1890-1908 facendole assumere le linee di un castello ghibellino, con statue e affreschi sulla facciata. Il conferimento del titolo di conte della Corona d'Italia richiedeva, secondo una tradizione ormai secolare, che Giacomo Ceconi erigesse una residenza dalle caratteristiche e dalle proporzioni di un castello. Si trattò di una villa che negli intenti del ceconi avrebbe dovuto tenere legati i suoi discendenti alla natale Pielungo. Per i lavori dell'edificio (in Val Nespolaria) Giacomo Ceconi si trattenne sempre più frequentemente e sempre più a lungo nel suo borgo natio (1890-1908) per attendere alla progettazione e alla costruzione di tale sua residenza nobiliare, non mancando pure di adoperarsi nel contempo anche per il suo paese.

The Ceconi Castle is located in the Ceconi forest. It was the last construction built by Giacomo Ceconi, famous for being one of the most important builders of railways and roads in the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Giacomo Ceconi (1833-1910), of humble origins who became a great railway builder and created a noble by the Emperor Franz Joseph I and count by King Umberto I, enormously expanded the house where he was born in 1890-1908 making it take on the lines of a Ghibelline castle, with statues and frescoes on the facade. The conferral of the title of Count of the Crown of Italy required, according to a by now centuries-old tradition, that Giacomo Ceconi erected a residence with the characteristics and proportions of a castle. It was a villa that in the intentions of the ceconi should have kept his descendants linked to their native Pielungo. For the works of the building (in Val Nespolaria) Giacomo Ceconi stayed more and more frequently and longer and longer in his native village (1890-1908) to attend to the design and construction of his noble residence, also not failing to work at the same time also for his country.

Il minaccioso branco di lupi plasmato da Liu Ruowang, composto da ben cento fusioni in ferro, ciascuna del peso di 280 kg, sembra voler attaccare un impotente guerriero; è un’allegoria della risposta della natura alle devastazioni e al comportamento predatorio dell’uomo nei confronti dell’ambiente. Ed è, nel contempo, una riflessione sui valori della civilizzazione, sulla grande incertezza in cui viviamo oggi - resa ancor più evidente dai drammatici effetti del covid-19 – e sugli effettivi rischi di un annientamento irreversibile del mondo attuale. Lupi in arrivo rappresenta quindi una vera e propria critica nei confronti di un mondo votato all’autodistruzione e i lupi sono un appello disperato alla salvaguardia ambientale di tutto il pianeta.
The monumental installation occupies two prestigious spaces: Piazza Pitti and Piazza Santissima Annunziata, and wants to create connection and contrast with the idea of harmony typical of 15th century Humanism. The wolves indeed face two emblematic buildings of the Renaissance, Palazzo Pitti and the Spedale degli Innocenti, where the great Filippo Brunelleschi was able to show his conception of space, proportions and architectural rhythm.
The threatening pack of wolves shaped by Liu Ruowang - made up of 100 iron castings, each weighing 280 kg - is an allegory of nature's response to the ravages and predatory behavior of man towards environment. And it is, at the same time, a reflection on the values of civilization, on the great uncertainty in which we live today - made even more evident by the dramatic effects of covid-19 - and on the actual risks of an irreversible annihilation of the current world, apparently devoted to self-destruction.
