The construction of the housing estate “Severnoye Siyaniye” consisting of 3 apartment buildings with a height of 32, 37 and 42 floors is being actively continued.
The construction of 42-floored building (Spot 2) has drawn to a close. The skeleton of building, walls and dividing walls, and a roof are fully completed and external utility systems are installed. The face of building (99% is ready) and internal premises will be completed soon; 95% of the internal utility systems have already installed.
The skeleton and roof coating of 37-floored building (Spot 3) are fully completed. 95% of the face, walls and dividing walls are completed and 65% of internal utility systems are installed.
The skeleton of 32-floored building is completed at the height of 11 floor (Spot 1); the face of building is completed at the height of 6 floor.
The degree of completion of 2-floored platform is as follows: skeleton – 95%, face – 60%, roof coating 30%, walls and dividing walls – 75%, internal utility systems – 30%.
