I took a drive down to Geneva, Al. while I was at my mom's house for Christmas. I took this picture of constitution oak/living witness while I was there. The tree gets the name because it was here during the signing of the US Constitution. Probably one of the largest oaks I've seen. you can purchase prints through the link below

Constitution Hill is a hill in the Welsh town of Aberystwyth, situated to the north of the town.

The hill overlooks Cardigan Bay in Ceredigion, Wales, running between the town and the coastal settlements of Borth and Clarach bay to the north. The site provides good views of the Aberystwyth area and the sightline extends as far as Snowdonia National Park and north Pembrokeshire.

Since 1896, the Aberystwyth Cliff Railway has ascended to the hill's summit, and the summit features a camera obscura, which is a 1980s rebuild of a Victorian era building which was erected as part of the "Luna Park" recreation area.

At its peak runs the Clarach Footpath on the Wales Coast Path, which connects the town of Aberystwyth with Clarach Bay and Borth. The hill itself is often referred to as "Consti" by locals.[

Cádiz

The bridge of the Constitution of 18125 (originally called the Pepa bridge) is a cable-stayed bridge that crosses the bay of Cádiz, giving access to Cádiz from the mainland, being the third access to the city, after the link by the Isthmus of San Fernando and the Carranza bridge. The bridge is the continuation of the Southern highway, forming an integral part of the Access highway to Cádiz, being responsible for it by the Ministry of Development of the state government. The board is divided between the dual carriageway (two lanes in each direction) and another carriageway reserved for public transport.

The bridge began construction in 2008 and was opened on September 24, 2015.6 Once opened, it became the brightest bridge in Spain at 540 meters. Considering the cable-stayed bridges, it would be the third brightest bridge in Europe, after the Normandy bridge (856 m) and the Rio-Antirio bridge (three 560 m spans). The total work consists of the bridge over the bay, with a total length of 3,092m, 1,440 of which over the water, plus the 796m Río San Pedro Viaduct. With the accesses to the bridges, the work extends over 5 km.

The project was written by the engineer Javier Manterola and has been carried out by the Spanish company Dragados. The total cost of the project was 511 million euros.7

Thorbecke was the founder of Dutch parliamentary democracy in 1848. The new constitution brought direct elections and ministerial responsibility, extended parliamentary rights and introduced the possibility of dissolution of parliament. This constitution would eventually make the Netherlands a modern state (scource: wikipedia)

In Lecompton, Kansas. One of the oldest wood-frame buildings in Kansas was erected by Samuel Jones in 1856 and became the place where the Kansas Territorial Government convened. In the fall of 1857 (October 19), the Lecompton Constitutional Convention met and drafted a pro-slavery constitution in the upper story of the building. The downstairs was rented as the federal land office and private law offices. Many other historical events also occurred in the building. lecomptonkansas.com/learn/constitution-hall-state-histori...

This is a favorite location of mine on the National Mall, particularly in winter and spring. A surprising number and variety of ducks are often seen there.

The Norwegian Constitution Day is the National Day of Norway and is an official national holiday each year.

Among Norwegians, the day is referred to simply as syttande/syttende mai (meaning May Seventeenth), Nasjonaldagen (The National Day) or Grunnlovsdagen (The Constitution Day), although the latter is less frequent.

The Constitution of Norway was signed at Eidsvoll on May 17 in the year 1814. The constitution declared Norway to be an independent nation.

From Constitution Hill you get a superb view over one of my favourite British towns: Aberystwyth. It seems I'm not alone in having this viewpoint; Aberystwyth was recently voted one of the top ten small towns in the UK for a winter break, by readers of The Guardian.
