Losing weight is definitely not an easy task, it requires consistency, discipline, patience, and hard work. For some, it can take a few months to reach their fitness goals, but for many, it can take years. When you struggle with weight, you often hear comments from people.
It can be wordless or loud and clear but comments about weight surely stay in the memory. Tired of all the taunts and comments about her weight gain post her pregnancy, Soumya B Hegde, a nutritionist and fitness expert decided to take on the challenge of weight loss.
She shared her weight loss story with us and how she lost 22 kilos in a span of eight months. Harsh comments from the people pushed me to work towards my weight loss goals. I took it as a challenge, I wanted to prove them wrong at any cost.
I took their hurtful comments as a motivation to work on myself without answering them back through words but only through actions.
I know action speaks louder than words.
I just wanted to lose weight at any cost. I constantly used to remember my goals day and night. Esp every morning I wake up, and before I go to bed,
I always used to visualise myself as very fit, and people asking me for advice. I used to believe it as reality.
I also knew results take time, so I was very much consistent with my goals. We can follow a real strong diet plan which is really worth working for us : galauniversal12.systeme.io/f3c2b1c7
I knew sometimes I might see fast results, sometimes it gets slower. But I should not lose sight of my goals, never be discouraged. I believed in myself, I never gave up.
I knew with continued efforts I will reach my goal any day. I made my mindset like that.
My diet was a mix of a balanced diet, low to moderate carb diet, or intermittent fasting. I used to change my diet very often to prevent my body from getting used to it and to prevent a plateau. But most of the time,
I stuck to a balanced diet. I used to drink lots of water daily.
There are no shortcuts for weight loss. We have to stay consistent with our efforts to lose weight. Extreme or starvation diets don’t work in the long term. There are high chances of giving up.
So, we should follow a diet that is most sustainable for us than to blindly follow what others do. My mantra was not to give up at any cost, I should keep on doing till I reach my final goal by believing in myself.
Good consistency. Instructors and class participants learn the basics on how to build a straw bale home during the Sustainable Workshop Series with the Solar Living Institute at Cal Poly Pomona's Lyle Center, Wednesday, July 16, 2008. Eric Reed/photographer

A Disciplined And Consistent Person Will Make It. One thing that I’ve always looked at in my business is consistency. Being consistent also requires discipline and it’s always a goal of mine to be the most disciplined person I can be in my business. That doesn’t mean I don’t have fun and take things too seriously – far from it! It means that I have the right attitude to stay the course and move forward. Even though this is a goal of mine, I must admit that it’s not always been easy sticking to it. We humans have weaknesses, especially when it comes to discipline. It feels too much like hard work doesn’t it? But it doesn’t have to be. Most of it is about attitude and perception of the meaning of discipline rather than work. Consistency And Discipline Work Together To Improve A Person. One of the main things about consistency and discipline is habit. To have a successful business or life, you need good habits. If you can be a consistent disciplined person in both your work and your pleasure, you can certainly create a lasting habit that will help you be successful. I love music, as you may already know, and to be good at music, you need discipline. I stopped participating in any musical activity for several years, which was a big mistake. This was because I lost the natural discipline and consistency I had when I was taking a more active part in this activity. Did this affect my business and my life? You bet it did! Because the discipline and consistency I needed was just based on “work”, it felt like a chore and I must admit I wavered. A LOT! I had a business fail on me. Yes, it was a job I wasn’t completely happy with and that played its part too. However, when I was doing something I LOVED alongside it, it was a little easier to “stay the course” as it were. Not ideal, but I was working in a disciplined way much more naturally when I was active in music too. My good habit had been broken because I wasn’t as enthusiastic about things. You improve when you have the natural habit of discipline because it also helps you to be more consistent. Consistent action leads to consistent results and ultimately leads to big reward. Discipline And Consistency Needs A Person To Love What They Do. I know many people HATE what they do. Some do love their job and some tolerate it. Doing something you love, whether it’s music or sport or anything else that requires a form of discipline can only help to make the job a little more tolerable. Now imagine doing a job you absolutely love AND be able to have a leisure activity you also love that requires the consistency and discipline you need to grow as a person. Habit is more easily broken than maintained. This is more evident, as in my case, when you stop doing something that really helps you to keep in that habit state. The key to being a naturally disciplined person revolves around good habits. Doing things you love in your life both in work and play will keep you going on the right path and you won’t even have to think about it. Oh man, I just can't seem to get any consistency going with anything this summer. It seems there's always five things on the go, get rid of one and two take its place ;-)
I was back on Flickr for a couple days then I got an invite to Google+ and really I have had my head buried there since. I not a big fan of social media but Google's hit a home run with this, especially for photographers. I still have some invites left which you can grab here, plus.google.com/_/notifications/ngemlink?path=%2F%3Fgpinv.... Hope to run into some of you guys there!

Consistency
All franchise restaurants have to be consistence in order to be a part of the chain, and also so that customer can recognize it from a distance. Krystal restaurants all have a red border on top, followed by a red border on bottom, the giant Krystal sign in the front of the building in the center, and a clear glass front on it. Some Krystals do not have the text going around the front, but all the newer ones do. Also, the building usually has three peaks on the top, one where the Krystal sign is, which is rounded, and the other two are square and are on the side of the building. By making it consistent, customers are easily able to recognize their favorite restaurants even when on the highway.

Another case of admiring their consistency yet criticising their use of apostrophe. This is real nit picking for the sake of it but it should be, for example, '60s not 60's. Nothing belongs to the '60s (apart from casual drug use and promiscuous sex of course). If we're being really pedantic (which I know I never am) it should also be OPEN 'TIL LATE...
Peace, love, and also consistency-- what a principle! (And also with 2017's odd political ceremony, one that's seemed like a distancing desire.) Yet the human desire to attach, comply, and team up will never ever pass away, a reminder that comes thanks to the Libra full moon this Tuesday, April...

Yesterday's snowfall was the perfect consistency for sculpting. And the temperatures were hovering around freezing, so it was bearable to be outside for a period of time. I decided to line the front sidewalk and the driveway with snow blocks... a marshmallow shaped structure that Joseph declared to be the "great wall of paula"... it sort of had the texture of the great wall, i suppose... and the lines weren't straight. so OK...
You can tell that i'm in need of some gardening time... but without a garden to tend to, this will have to do.
The tricky thing to all of this is finding a balance between my inner 10 year old who is inspired to have a grand time... and my 51 year old body that's pretty achy at the moment. ;-)
With consistency being one of our chief trademarks, we decided to go further with our cartridges campaign when we headed to Laqlouq-Akoura in order to clean its mountains from the used hunting cartridges.
On the 28th of July, with the help of 160 volunteers from all over the country, we managed to collect an astounding 45 huge bags.
