I've set up a corner in a local consignment shop, The Wild Daisy, which is owned by a friend of mine. I put the stuff in there 2 days ago and yesterday someone has already said she's going to buy the couch and chair today. It's really difficult for me to part with some of these things but I live in a old trailer house and with three of us now there's just not enough room and it's ruining in the storage building. Besides now I can go thrift store shopping again and get more vintage items to sell. Yeah!!!!
Since it's bucketing down with rain, we thought we'd do a little shopping. So we found ourselves in one of the West's largest consignment stores for horsey stuff: Boots to Saddles in Sebastapol.
This historical house was built in 1886 by the famous H.A. Greene who you will be able to read about how he changed the history of Monterey and shaped it for years to come.
