Now more of a landmark than the astronomical observatory it was supposed to be, the Misra Yantra stands strong against the high-rise buildings all around.
Who can be a better impressionist (behrupiya, as they say in Hindi) than the God himself. They say it is the Gods who come in guise of children into this world but it seems ironical when these very children, in order to feed themselves, have to be disguised as Gods. Seen at Connaught Place, Delhi.
Photography is like painting with light on a photosensitive canvas. And 'painting' something in the absence of adequate amount of light sure is a challenging task. I, especially love night photography because I think it produces some of the most gorgeous looking shots that any photographer can ever create.
Night photography remains challenging but an extremely creative realm of photography and very satisfying. Much of the challenge comes due to the absence of light. And it is due to the ambient light and longer shutter-speeds that you get all these awesomely creative results.

I did a bit of PS editing for this one.
Any tips for the post processing? I think due to making shadows/highlights changes on the rose, it looks too fake. Is it?
