Two different eye colours and a tongue that just won't quit. A short term visitor that was absolutely a handful and I'll miss the spunky little guy. Bye Beefy.
Concentration and a steady hand are needed to get food treats. You also need the right stick to manoeuvre the food through the holes on each level. Eventually it falls out the bottom.

In Photo of the design principle is rhythm because of the stripes in the background. The concept of this image was part of my concentration with having the stars flying and all the colors being red white and blue and the stars matching the stars on the flag. The difficulties in taking this photo were getting the stars to show. I did reshoot this. I didn’t do much editing on this photo.

Open House two days before school starts. For me and for the girls. Thankfully just not at the same time.
The man and I picked up the mom and the girls to take them to school to meet their teachers. Julia and Danielle were both excited and their teachers seemed so attentive. They will do well there.
New t-shirts. Joined the PTA.
I've got to admit that my heart rejoices at the quiet and calmness in my house now that the girls are gone while simultaneously hurts from missing sweet Julia. She is happy and her family is reunited -- and that really was the best outcome for her.
Still, I sometimes just miss her. For almost a year, she was my girl.

For this piece I wanted to convey a message from the perspective of the environment. While some may just see a large boulder, an artist sees potential it can be a subject of captivation. some people are blind to their surroundings so I wanted to illustrate how an environment can be entire aware of the people nearby (aka Anna)
I took this image at a recent string quartet workshop for young students.

Bogart's next lab draw to check his kidney function (as well as his potassium which was elevated last draw) is December 8th. Till then, he continues to eat his "stew." Bogart is getting three to four bowls of water with kidney-friendly dog food floating on top. In addition, I carry around pieces of his food as treats. Here you can see the intense concentration as Bogart expertly keys in on the flying kibble. . . yeah, he's good.
