Part of Standard Grade Computing is learning what a WIMP environment (Windows, Icons, Menus and Pointers - MS Windows or the Mac OS). Problem is most kids haven't ever seen a non-WIMP environment. I now have a new example to add to "travel agents" - Carphone Warehouse use a command-based system! Why!?
